Jokhanalagga Bura, Uttarakhand:फ़ीड - 2 सी से दिनांक- 19/9/2025 रिपोर्ट - पुष्कर चौधरी- चमोली/ उत्तराखंड एंकर- चमोली के नंदानगर में बादल फटने से कुंत्री गांव और धूर्मा में भारी तबाही हुई है। जिसमें दस लोग मलबे में दब गए थे और इसमें से अभी तक पाँच लोगों को निकाला गया है जिनमें से 16 घंटे बीत जाने के बाद कुंवर सिंह को जिंदा निकाला गया और अभी भी पाँच लोग मिसिंग हैं जिनको एनडीआरएफ और एसडीआरएफ की टीम लगातार तलाश रही है । वही एसपी चमोली सर्वेश पंवार ने बताया कि आज रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन के लिए आर्मी और आईटीबीपी को भी बुलाया गया है । वही धूरमा में सड़क मार्ग कई जगह पर वास आउट हो रखी है और पहाड़ी से मलबा और पत्थर गिरने का भय बना हुआ जिस कारण एसपी और डीएम वहाँ नहीं पहुँच पाए हैं लेकिन डीएम संदीप तिवारी ने बताया कि धूरमा गांव के लिय हेली व खच्चरों के माध्यम से राहत सामग्री पहुंचाई गई है । पीटीसी - पुष्कर चौधरी बाइट - संदीप तिवारी- डीएम चमोली बाइट - सर्वेश पंवार- एसपी चमोली

Mehbooba Mufti का खत: Yasin Malik के केस पर मानवीय नजर से समीक्षा

Said “While I differ with his political ideology, but one cannot ignore the courage it took him to renounce violence and choose the path of political engagement and non violent dissent” Former CM Mehbooba Mufti in a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah wrote “ I write to you not merely as a witness but as someone who has lived through the turbulent times of Jammu and Kashmir, bearing its grief, enduring its silences, and holding on to its fragile hopes. This letter is written not in defiance but in faith, faith in the promise of reconciliation and in the belief that this great nation, even in its most challenging moments, can still choose healing over hurt. I earnestly appeal to your esteemed office for a compassionate and urgent review of the case of Yasin Malik, a name that once symbolized resistance, later chose restraint, and now remains silenced behind prison walls. His story is not simple as no story born of conflict ever is. Yet what matters most is the profound transformation he undertook and the trust he placed in the State when he renounced violence and chose the path of political engagement and non-violent dissent.” Mufti further said “Yasin Malik's journey is no secret to the Indian State. In 1994, he took a courageous and rare decision to lay down arms and embrace political, non violent means to pursue change. According to his sworn affidavits, this shift was neither unilateral nor impulsive but encouraged and facilitated through back-channel understandings with Indian agencies. Over the years, Malik engaged in dialogues involving senior officials, intelligence personnel, and even controversial figures like Hafiz Saeed, all with the tacit consent of Indian agencies. These efforts represented a painstaking and deliberate attempt to build bridges in a deeply fractured land. For years, these quiet understandings held. Malik participated in talks, traveled with official clearance, and was regarded even if reluctantly as a crucial bridge between estranged realities. He was granted bail in all 32 pending TADA cases, none of which the government pursued. Malik asserts that this truce was honoured for 25 years across the tenures of Narasimha Rao, Vajpayee, Gujral, Manmohan Singh, and even Modi's first term. Yet everything changed after August 2019. Old cases were resurrected, the JKLF was banned, and the man once seen as a potential peace interlocutor was recast as a terrorist, sentenced to life imprisonment, and now potentially facing the death penalty.” Mehbooba Added “The world is rapidly changing, and hostility appears to be triggering a reset in global politics. Yet India need not reinvent the wheel to secure its strategic and economic interests. Visionary leaders like Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji and Dr. Manmohan Singh understood and pursued with quiet conviction that our country's enduring strength flows from dialogue, not domination. Trust in the people of Jammu and Kashmir is fundamental. Unfortunately, we Kashmiris remain marginalized, our voices excluded from decisions that shape our lives. This must change if durable peace and a secure environment for democracy, development, and growth in Jammu and Kashmir, and indeed the region and country, are to be realized. Brute force must give way to the healing touch of dialogue, and constitutional rights must be restored. In light of Malik's long-standing commitment to non-violence, the urgent need for reconciliation, and the humanitarian dimensions of this case, I earnestly implore your office to consider a compassionate reassessment. This appeal does not seek to undermine the judiciary's authority but calls for the responsible exercise of democratic instruments to honour both justice and mercy. The spirit of India, I firmly believe, lies in our capacity to show magnanimity and uphold promises made in pursuit of peace.” Mufti request Shah “kindly initiate a compassionate and considered review of Yasin Malik's case. Closing the door forever on a man who once chose peace risks shattering the fragile trust essential for meaningful dialogue. If that trust breaks irreparably, every Kashmiri feeling disillusioned and abandoned will withdraw from engaging with the Indian government towards the larger vision of peace and reconciliation. Such an outcome would perpetuate the cycle of conflict and alienation and extinguish hope for healing this fractured land for generations to come.” Earlier Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Yasin Malik has filed a new affidavit in the Delhi High Court, claiming that he was thanked by then-Prime Minister Manmohan Singh after meeting Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Saeed in 2006. The meeting, Malik alleges, was arranged at the request of India's Intelligence Bureau (IB) as part of a back-channel peace process.  Malik claims that his participation in back-channel peace efforts with multiple Indian governments, including meetings with top officials and politicians, was later "distorted to brand me a terrorist," calling it a "classic betrayal". He stated “ I met with Saeed and other militant leaders in Pakistan in 2006, where he advocated for non-violence. Malik claims this was done at the IB's request during his visit for earthquake relief work. After his return from Pakistan, Malik alleges he briefed the then-Prime Minister and National Security Adviser M.K. Narayanan. He also claims that Singh thanked him for his efforts in reaching out to hardline leaders. The affidavit chronicles Malik's meetings with top Indian political leaders across different administrations, including former Prime Ministers and cabinet ministers, to discuss Kashmir.  JKLF Chief Yassen Malik is currently serving a life sentence in a terror-funding case under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), to which he pleaded guilty in 2022, and Delhi High Court is hearing a plea by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to enhance his life term to a death sentence. The affidavit was filed in response to the NIA's plea.  The affidavit has triggered a political controversy in India, with the BJP questioning the UPA government's national security approach during its tenure.

Hyderabad, Telangana:Tirupati: Six youths allegedly harassed a mother and daughter while they were walking near Leelamahal Junction, Tirupati. The duo immediately raised an alarm, following which locals and patrolling police rushed to the spot. Police managed to catch three of the youths on the spot, while the remaining fled. The caught miscreants were beaten up by the police before being taken into custody. A search is on to nab the other three absconding youths. यूपी: योगी के संदेश पर हापुड़ में चार शोहद गिरफ्तार

Hapur, Uttar Pradesh:ये उत्तर प्रदेश है. यहां न अपराध को जगह है और न ही अपराधियों को. अगर किसी भी बहिन-बेटी से छेड़छाड़ करने की कोशिश की.. तो उसका इंतजार अगले चौराहे पर यमराज करते हुए मिलेंगे. उत्तर प्रदेश के सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ यह संदेश कई बार सार्वजनिक मंचों से शौहदों और उन मनचलों को दे चुके हैं. जो बहिन-बेटियों के साथ न सिर्फ किसी तरह की अनहोनी वारदात करने की कोशिश करते हैं, बल्कि अराजकता फैलाने का काम भी करते हैं. लेकिन बावजूद इसके हापुड़ के चार उन मनचले युवकों ने सीएम योगी के इस संदेश को लगता है सही ढ़ंग से नहीं सुना था और इतनी हिमाकत कर बैठे कि मेरठ से हापुड़ अपने भाई के साथ जा रही एक युवती से चलती बाइक पर छेड़छाड़ कर दी. बस फिर क्या था, भाई ने इसकी शिकायत योगी की पुलिस से की और तुरंत एक्शन में आई पुलिस उन शौहदों को बिल में से ढूंढकर पकड़ लाई. पुलिस की गिरफ्त में आते ही शौहदे योगी के कायदे और कानून के पाठ को तुरंत ही समझ गये और लंगड़ाते हुए जेल जाते समय कहने लगे.. कि साहब! आगे से फिर कभी गलती नहीं होगी... सारी बहिनें हमारी बहिनें हैं...! दरअसल, मेरठ के खरखौदा थाना क्षेत्रान्तर्गत गांव बिजौली में रहने वाले 20 वर्षीय रोहित की बहिन से बाइक और एक्टिवा सवार शौहदों ने उस समय छेड़छाड़ करने की कोशिश की थी, जब रोहित मेरठ से हापुड़ अपनी बहिन को बाइक से लेकर बड़ी बहिन के घर जा रहा था. जैसे ही रोहित की बाइक हापुड़ में असौड़ा पैठ के पास पहुंची, तभी एक केटीएम बाइक और एक्टिवा पर सवार चार युवक उनके पीछे लग गये. इन बाइक सवार मनचलों ने रोहित की बहिन से न सिर्फ छेड़छाड़ की, बल्कि उसको चलती बाइक से खींचने की भी कोशिश की. बहिन से छेड़छाड़ का विरोध जब भाई ने किया, तो उक्त मनचलों ने रोहित की पिटाई भी कर दी. शोर-शराबा सुनकर आसपास के लोग जैसे ही मौके पर इकठ्ठा होना शुरू हुए, तभी यह मनचले भाग निकले. रोहित ने पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम को सूचना देकर पुलिस को मौके पर बुला लिया. पुलिस रोहित और उसकी बहिन को सुरक्षा के साथ थाने ले गई, जहां रोहित ने उन मनचलों को सबक सिखाने के लिए पुलिस को लिखित में शिकायत दी. रोहित की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने एफआईआर दर्ज कर फरार हुए उन अज्ञात मनचलों को 24 घंटे के अंदर ही दबोच लिया, जो रात में बाइकों पर सवार होकर छेड़छाड़ की घटना को अंजाम दे रहे थे. पुलिस पूछताछ में इन युवकों ने अपने नाम हर्षित पुत्र राजेश निवासी रामगंज, रेलवे रोड़, देव कुमार पुत्र राजवीर निवासी निवासी हरिद्वारी नगर, दीपांशु पुत्र बलवंत आदर्श नगर, हापुड़ बताए. इन मनचलों को देखकर लग रहा है कि यहां थाने में इनकी खातिरदारी भी खाकी ने ठीक-ठाक तरह से की और सीएम योगी का वो मंत्र भी इन्हें अच्छी तरह से समझा दिया, कि अगर बहिन-बेटियों से छेड़छाड़ की, तो बख्शा नहीं जाएगा. तभी यह शौहदे जेल जाने से पहले अपने पैरों पर ठीक से चल भी नहीं पा रहे और हाथ जोड़ते हुए कहते हुए दिखाई दे रहे हैं कि आगे से वह फिर कभी ऐसी गलती नहीं करेंगे. सारी बहिनें हमारी बहिनें हैं...! वहीं, इस घटना को लेकर एसपी हापुड़ ज्ञानंजय सिंह ने बताया कि देर रात एक युवती से बाइक सवार युवकों ने अभद्रता करने की कोशिश की थी, जिनमें से पुलिस ने तीन युवकों को अपनी हिरासत में ले लिया है, एक अन्य युवक की तलाश जारी है. जल्द ही उसे भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा. बाइट- रोहित, पीड़ित युवक बाइट- ज्ञानंजय सिंह, एसपी हापुड़

महुआ सीट: तेजप्रताप यादव की उम्मीदें कैसे बदलेंगी चुनाव?

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:REPORTER- AATMJA- महुआ विधानसभा- महुआ विधानसभा का राजनीतिक इतिहास हमेशा दिलचस्प रहा है। 2020 के चुनाव में यहाँ RJD के मुकेश कुमार रोशन ने जीत दर्ज की थी, और उन्होंने JDU की आशमा परवीन को लगभग 13,687 वोटों से हराया था। इस बार महुआ सीट तेजप्रताप यादव की वजह से ज़्यादा चर्चा में है। दरअसल, पार्टी और परिवार से अलग होने के बाद तेजप्रताप यादव के महुआ विधानसभा से चुनाव लड़ने की बातें सामने आ रही हैं। इसी बीच जब हमने महुआ विधानसभा के लोगों से बातचीत की, तो काफ़ी मिली-जुली प्रतिक्रियाएँ सामने आईं। कुछ लोगों का कहना था कि अब किसी तरह का गठबंधन नहीं चाहिए, महुआ से AIMIM का उम्मीदवार जीत सकता है या फिर कोई निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार। उनका तर्क था कि यहाँ के मौजूदा विधायक ने काम नहीं किया है। वहीं कुछ लोगों का कहना था कि विधायक मुकेश रोशन ने काम किया है। साथ ही कुछ लोग यह भी कहते नज़र आए कि विधायक ने भले ही काम नहीं किया, फिर भी वे राजद को ही वोट देंगे। कुछ लोगों का यह भी कहना था कि इस बार के चुनाव में यहाँ से जेडीयू का उम्मीदवार मज़बूती से चुनाव लड़ेगा। आपको बता दें कि कई लोगों ने यह भी कहा कि तेजप्रताप यादव यहाँ से पहले चुनाव जीत चुके हैं और इस समय चर्चा चल रही है कि वह फिर से इस सीट से चुनाव लड़ सकते हैं। अगर ऐसा होता है तो बिना किसी कड़ी टक्कर के तेजप्रताप यादव इस सीट को जीत सकते हैं। वर्तमान विधायक: मुकेश कुमार रोशन (RJD) Vote: 62,580 मुख्य प्रतिद्वंदी: आशमा परवीन (JDU) Vote : 48,893 मतों का अंतर: करीब 13,687
