Nabha, Punjab:ਸਾਲ 2016 'ਚ ਨਾਭਾ ਜੇਲ ਬ੍ਰੇਕ ਦੇ ਮਾਸਟਰਮਾਈਂਡ ਰਮਨਜੀਤ ਰੋਮੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਹਾਂਗਕਾਂਗ 'ਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਾਭਾ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ 'ਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

पांगी में भारी बारिश से नुकसान, खेतों में मटर फसल बर्बाद
Chamba, Himachal Pradesh:चंबा के पांगी में बारिश से काफी नुकसान हुआ है। पांगी घाटी के घिसल धार में बादल फटने की घटना के बाद घिसल नाले और हिलौर नाले में अचानक भीषण बाढ़ आ गई। साथ ही कुठल से हिलौर गांव तक हुई मूसलाधार बारिश के कारण कई स्थानों पर काफी मात्रा में मलबा और पत्थर सड़क पर आ गए। कारणवश साच–सैचू वैली संपर्क मार्ग कई जगह अवरुद्ध हो गया है। कुल मिलाकर पांगी में बारिश से क्षेत्र में जनजीवन प्रभावित हुआ है। सबसे अधिक नुकसान घिसल गांव में दर्ज किया गया है, जबकि कुठल, घिसल और हिलौर गांवों में किसानों की तैयार मटर की फसल को भारी क्षति पहुंची है। खेतों में पानी और मलबा भरने से किसानों की मेहनत पर पानी फिर गया है।0

Zirakpur, Punjab:ਜ਼ੀਰਕਪੁਰ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਦੀ ਆਮਦ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਢਕੋਲੀ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਕਾਠਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਗੁੱਸਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਫੁੱਟ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੰਘਦੇ ਬਰਸਾਤੀ ਨਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਫਾਈ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਬਰਸਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਾਲਾ ਓਵਰਫਲੋ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਬਰਸਾਤੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਭਾਰੀ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਵੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਰਸਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਾਲਾ ਓਵਰਫਲੋ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਈ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰ ਗਿਆ। ਘਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਨ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਹੋਇਆ, ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਤਾਂ ਜਾਗ ਕੇ ਕੱਟਣੀਆਂ ਪਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਪਿਆ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਆਗੂ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ, ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਨਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਲਦ ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ-pੱਕਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਪਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕਾਗਜ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਿਤ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ। ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਨਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਨਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਹੁਣ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਡਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਤੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ NA ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਰੇਨੇਜ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਅਤੇ ਸਫਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵੱਡੇ-ਵੱਡੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਕਾਠਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾਅਵਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਉਲਟ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਗੰਦਗੀ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਨਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਧੂਰੇ ਪਏ ਕੰਮ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਅਸਲੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ。 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਰੋਸ ਜ਼ਾਹਿਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਜਲਦ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦ ਨਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਫਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਸੜਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਉਤਰ ਕੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਮਾਲੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ。 ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਰਸਾਤਾਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ, ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਰੁਕਾਵਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਇਸ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਾਈ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ。 Walkthrough Public bytes Visuals0

If Pakistan continues to export terror while demanding uninterrupted cooperation on water, it must understand one fundamental principle: terror and water cannot flow together. A reassessment of the treaty and the full utilization of India''s legitimate rights would directly benefit Punjab. Better management of the Ravi, Beas, and Sutlej rivers, along with India''s permitted use of the Indus, Jhelum, and Chenab, can provide more water for irrigation, help recharge Punjab''s rapidly depleting groundwater, strengthen farmers' livelihoods, and secure the future of Indian agriculture. Punjab has fed the nation for generations. Every drop of water that rightfully belongs to India should first serve India''s farmers, India''s food security, and India''s national interest. चंबा के लनोट में भारी बारिश से मकान मलबे में घुसे, राहत कार्रवाई शुरू
Chamba, Himachal Pradesh:सलूणी की लनोट पंचायत में बारिश का कहर देखते ही देखते लोगों के घरों में जा घुसा पानी और मलबा वीओ चंबा। चंबा जिले के उपमंडल सलूणी की ग्राम पंचायत लनोट में मानसून ने दस्तक देते ही रौद्र रूप दिखा दिया है। गांव लनोट और फगड़ोग में मूसलाधार बारिश से बाढ़ जैसे हालात बन गए। पहाड़ों से आया भारी मलबा और पानी सीधे लोगों के घरों में घुस गया, जिससे दो मकानों को काफी नुकसान हुआ है। फगड़ोग गांव के निवासी तानी पुत्र कंठ और नारद पुत्र लछमण के घर सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित हुए हैं। मलबे के भारी दबाव से नारद पुत्र लछमण के मकान की दीवारों में बड़ी बड़ी दरारें आ गई हैं। घर के अंदर मलबा भरने से मकान के ढहने का खतरा पैदा हो गया है। तो वहीं घरेलू सामान भी मलबे में दब गया। सूचना मिलते ही ग्राम पंचायत लनोट के प्रधान देसराज मौके पर पहुंचे। उन्होंने बताया कि नारद के मकान को सबसे ज्यादा क्षति हुई है। प्रभावित परिवारों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर शिफ्ट किया जा रहा है। कार्यवाहक एसडीएम एवं तहसीलदार अभिराय सिंह ठाकुर ने बताया कि तेज बारिश से गांव के पीछे से मलबा मकानों में घुसा है। संबंधित पटवारी को मौके का जायजा लेने के निर्देश दे दिए गए हैं। पटवारी की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर प्रभावितों को नियमानुसार सहायता दी जाएगी।0

The systemic targeting of religious minorities and their places of worship in Pakistan continues unabated.\n\nWe call upon the Government of Pakistan to expeditiously investigate this matter and bring the perpetrators of this despicable act to justice. The demolished portions of the Gurdwara Sahib should be restored and reconstructed at the earliest. Further, we urge the Government of Pakistan to discharge its obligations to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of its minority communities and their places of worship, and put a decisive end to the prevailing environment of sectarian violence and religious intolerance in Pakistan.\n\nNew Delhi0
