ਜੂਡੋ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੋਲਡ ਮੈਡਲ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਬਨੂੜ ਚ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਸੰਮਤੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜੀਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੜੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਜੂਡੋ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਮਨੀ ਨੇ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਜੂਡੋ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੋਲਡ ਮੈਡਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੋਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸਦੀ ਇਸ ਉਪਲੱਬਧੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਗਦ ਰਾਸੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਗੋਲਡ ਮੈਡਲ ਵਿਜੇਤਾ ਮਨੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੂਡੋ ਗੇਮ ਵੱਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੋਸ਼ਨ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ।

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:केंद्र सरकार ने देशभर के राजभवनों के नाम बदले, अब कहलाएंगे ''लोकभवन'' नई दिल्ली, 2 दिसंबर। भारत में 1 दिसंबर 2025 की तारीख इतिहास में दर्ज हो गई है, क्योंकि आज के ही दिन देशभर में सभी राज्यों के राजभवन के नामों को बदल दिया गया है। अब विभिन्न राज्यों के राजभवन को लोकभवन के नाम से जाना जाएगा। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय के आदेश पर राजभवन का नाम बदलकर लोकभवन कर दिया गया है। इस क्रम में केंद्र सरकार की तरफ से राजभवनों का नाम बदलना स्पष्ट संदेश है कि सत्ता कोई लाभ उठाने का माध्यम नहीं, बल्कि जिम्मेदारी का नाम है। नाम बदलने के पीछे केवल दिखावा भर नहीं है, बल्कि इसके पीछे एक स्पष्ट संदेश और सोच छिपी हुई है। संदेश यह है कि सरकार का काम जनता की सेवा करना है, ना कि सत्ता का सुख भोगना। दरअसल, केंद्र की मोदी सरकार के 11 साल के कार्यकाल में कई जगहों और मार्गों के नाम बदलने के उदाहरण सामने आए हैं। इससे पहले राजपथ का नाम बदलकर कर्तव्य पथ रख दिया गया। राजपथ राजाओं का रास्ता या शक्ति का संदेश देता था, जबकि बाद में इसको कर्तव्य से जोड़ दिया गया, जिसका मतलब साफ है कि सत्ता कोई अधिकार नहीं, बल्कि एक सेवा का मौका और जिम्मेदारी है। अन्य उदाहरण के तौर पर रेस कोर्स रोड को भी लिया जा सकता है, जिसको 2016 में बदलकर लोक कल्याण मार्ग कर दिया गया। लोक कल्याण जन साधारण को स्पष्ट संदेश देता है कि यह लोक कल्याण का रास्ता है, न कि किसी प्रतिष्ठा का प्रतीक। इसके अलावा केंद्र सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय यानी पीएमओ वाले नए परिसर को सेवा तीर्थ का नाम दिया। सेवा तीर्थ का संदेश है, "सेवा का पवित्र स्थान।" नाम यह बताने के लिए काफी है कि इस जगह को सेवा की भावना के केंद्र के रूप में समर्पित किया गया है।

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:DoT issues directions for pre-installation of Sanchar Saathi App in mobile handsets to verify the genuineness of mobile handsets Pre-installed App must be Visible, Functional, and Enabled for users at first setup Manufacturers must ensure the App is easily accessible during device setup, with no disabling or restriction of its features Compliance Report due in 120 Days In order to safeguard the citizens from buying the non-genuine handsets, enabling easy reporting of suspected misuse of telecom resources and to increase effectiveness of the Sanchar Saathi initiative, the DoT has issued Directions dated 28.11.2025 mandating the manufacturer and importers of mobile handsets that are intended for use in India under the provisions of the Telecom Cyber Security to: Ensure that the Sanchar Saathi mobile application is pre-installed on all mobile handsets manufactured or imported for use in India. Ensure that the pre-installed Sanchar Saathi application is readily visible and accessible to the end users at the time of first use or device setup and that its functionalities are not disabled or restricted. For all such devices that have been already been manufactured and are in sales channels in India, the manufacturer and importers of mobile handsets shall make an endeavour to push the App through software updates. Directions mandates to complete the implementation in 90 days and submit the report in 120 days. Sanchar Saathi Initiative The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) is undertaking Sanchar Saathi initiative for curbing misuse of telecom resources for cyber frauds and ensuring telecom cyber security. DoT has developed Sanchar Saathi portal & App which enables citizens to check genuineness of a mobile handset through the IMEI number along with other facilities like reporting suspected fraud communications, lost/ stolen mobile handsets, check mobile connections in their name, trusted contact details of banks/ financial institutions. The TCS Rules empowers the Central Government to issue directions to manufacturers of telecommunication equipment bearing International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number to provide assistance as required in relation to tampered telecommunication equipment or IMEI number. The Rules also mandates that such manufacturers or importers shall ensure compliance with the directions as may be issued by the Central Government for the purpose of giving effect to the rules. Mobile handsets bearing duplicate or spoofed IMEI poses serious endangerment to telecom cyber security. Spoofed/ Tampered IMEIs in telecom network leads to situation where same IMEI is working in different devices at different places simultaneously and pose challenges in action against such IMEIs. India has big second-hand mobile device market. Cases have also been observed where stolen or blacklisted devices are being re-sold. It makes the purchaser abettor in crime and causes financial loss to them. The blocked/blacklisted IMEIs can be checked using Sanchar Saathi App.

Shimla, Himachal Pradesh:शिमला के ऐतिहासिक जाखू मंदिर में जल्द चांदी की नक़्क़ाशी की जाएगी। मंदिर के गर्भ गृह के आसपास चांदी से की जाने वाली नक्काशी के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी गई है। इसका सारा ख़र्च एक दानकर्ता उठाएगा। श्री हुनमान मंदिर न्यास समिति जाखू की बैठक में सोमवार को इस प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी मिली। नक्काशी के डिजाइन की मंजूरी एसडीएम, न्यास के सदस्य और जिला भाषा अधिकारी संयुक्त रूप से देंगे। इसके साथ ही बैठक में हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा तैयार किए गए 5 करोड़ 67 लाख रूपये की अनुमानित लागत से बने मास्टर प्लान को मंजूरी दी गई है। इसमें प्लान के तहत यज्ञशाला, शू हाउस, नए शौचालय, दुकानें और शेड बनना प्रस्तावित है। बैठक में मंदिर की बेबसाइट बनाने को लेकर प्रगति रिपोर्ट रखी गई。

जीरकपुर के ड्रायफ्रूट गोदाम से लाखों रुपए के ड्रायफ्रूट चोरी, चोर फरार

Zirakpur, Punjab:जीरकपुर के गोडाउन एरिया में ड्रायफ्रूट्स के गोदाम में से अज्ञात चोर लाखों रुपए के बादाम व अंजीर चोरी करके ले गए, जिसकी सूचना गोदाम मालिक अगले दिन पता चली और बिना किसी देरी के गोदाम मालिक कनव गर्ग ने इसकी शिकायत पुलिस थाने में दर्ज करवा दी है। दूसरी ओर, कनव गर्ग की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण करने के बाद आसपास लगे सी.सी.टी.वी. कैमरों की फुटेज निकालकर आगामीं जांच शुरू कर दी है। जीरकपुर के पटियाला रोड पर स्थित ए.के.एस. कालोनी निवासी कनव गर्ग ने पुलिस को बताया उसका ड्रायफ्रूट्स का कारोबार हैं, जिसका स्टॉक भबात के गोडाउन एरिया में एक गोदाम में रहता है। वहीं, रविवार की शाम अपने गोदाम को ताला लगाकर घर चला गया और सोमवार सुबह साढ़े 11 बजे आकर देखा तो बाहर लगे ताले टूटे हुए थे। जबकि अंदर पड़ा सारा सामान गायब था और गोदाम खाली देख मलिक के होश उड़ गए और उसने आसपास के लोगों से पूछताछ करते हुए सी.सी.टी.वी. कैमरों को खंगाला, जिसमें पता चला है कि टाटा - 407 गाडी के साथ 4 व्यक्ति रात करीब 12 बजे आए। इसके बाद गोदाम का ताला तोड़कर अंदर पड़े ड्रायफ्रूट्स काजू, अंजीर, बादाम आदि चोरी करके अपने साथ ले गए। शिकायत के अनुसार, आरोपियों ने वारदात को अंजाम रात करीब 12 बजे अंजाम दिया और लाखों रुपए का ड्राईफ्रूट लेकर फरार हो गए। दूसरी ओर, पुलिस ने कनव की शिकायत दर्ज करने के बाद आरोपियों की तलाश में जुट गई है।

Banur, Punjab:चलती प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस पर इंसाफ की गुहार लगाने वाले बुजुर्ग की तबीयत बिगड़ी मामला राजपुरा से सामने आया है। जहां इंसाफ की गुहार लगाने पहुंचे बुजुर्ग की प्रेस कांफ्रेंस के दौरान अचानक तबियत बिगड़ गई। बुजुर्ग को राजपुरा के सिविल अस्पताल में इलाज के लिए भर्ती कराया गया जहाँ से उसे चंडीगढ़ रेफर कर दिया गया। राज्य भर स्पाउस विजे के मामले मे पीड़ित परिवारों ने राजपुरा में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस रखी हुई थी। राजपुरा का रहने वाला बुजुर्ग मनजीत सिंह इंसाफ के लिए प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में पहुंचा था。

Firozpur, Punjab:ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਚ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ 1 ਤੋਂ 4 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025 ਤੱਕ ਭਰੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਗੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਅਜ ਤੋ ਨਾਮਜਦਗੀਆਂ ਦਾਖਿਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਤਾਰੀਖ ਹੋਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਰਾਜ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਮ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਜਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ 1 ਤੋਂ 4 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਨਾਮਜਦਗੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਭਰੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਉਹਨਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕ ਜਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਵਿਚ 14 ਜੋਨ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ 16 , ਮਮਦੋਟ 22 , ਘਲਖੁਰਦ 23, ਜ਼ੀਰਾ 19 , ਮੱਖੂ 15 , ਗੁਰੂਹਰਸਹਾਏ 17 ਕੁਲ 112 ਜੋਨ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਰ ਲੱਖ 91 ਹਜਾਰ 291 ਵੋਟਰ ਹਨ ch ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨੋਮੀਨੇਸ਼ਨ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਡਿਊਲ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ 1 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਗੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਭਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। 4 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਗੀ ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਖ਼ਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਗੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਭਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਸਵੇਰੇ 11.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 3.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 5 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025 (ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਗੀ ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। 6 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025 (ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 3.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਗੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਏ ਜਾ ਸਕਣਗੇ। 14 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025 (ਐਤਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਵੇਰੇ 8.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮ 4.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ 17 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025 (ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 8.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਇਸ ਮੰਤਵ ਲਈ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ。 ਬਾਈਟ ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੁਮਾਰ

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:This season has witnessed decline in farm fire incidents across Punjab and Haryana, marking a steady reduction recorded in recent years :CAQM The paddy harvesting season 2025 and ISRO’s official monitoring period (15 Sept–30 Nov) have concluded. This season recorded a significant drop in farm fire incidents across Punjab and Haryana, continuing the downward trend of recent years. Punjab Reported 5,114 fire counts in 2025. Reduction: 53% over 2024, 86% over 2023, 90% over 2022, and 93% over 2021. Haryana Reported 662 fire incidents in 2025. Reduction: 53% over 2024, 71% over 2023, 81% over 2022, and 91% over 2021. These are the lowest farm fire numbers recorded since CAQM began monitoring state-specific action plans. Decline attributed to: Effective State & District-specific Action Plans Large-scale deployment of crop residue management machinery Strict enforcement measures Strengthened ex-situ utilisation of paddy straw (biomass energy, industrial boilers, bio-ethanol, pellet/briquette co-firing in TPPs, brick kilns, packaging, etc.) Continuous coordination among State Agriculture Departments, District administrations, and CAQM ensured timely action on reported fire events. Enforcement support through: Flying squads Parali Protection Force Field officers Hotspot district monitoring teams Focused IEC campaigns and farmer awareness programmes A dedicated CAQM Cell in Chandigarh now works year-round on stubble management and pollution monitoring. Reduction in farm fires helped limit air quality deterioration in Delhi-NCR, despite meteorological influences. With sustained implementation, the region is expected to see continued improvement in air quality in the coming years, aiming for complete elimination of paddy stubble burning
