ਨਾਭਾ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਰੋਡ ਦੀ ਚਾਰ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਡੀਪੀਆਰ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ 24 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਚੱਕਾ ਜਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਿੰਗ (ਐਸ.ਓ.ਆਈ) ਦੇ ਜਥੇਬੰਦਕ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ। ਜੋਨ ਵਾਈਜ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਐਲਾਨ। ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 03 ਜਨਵਰੀ—ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਿੰਗ (ਐਸ.ਓ.ਆਈ) ਦੇ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸ. ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੂਖੰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਐਸ.ਓ.ਆਈ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸ. ਰਣਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸ. ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਲਾਹ ਮਸ਼ਵਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਐਸ.ਓ.ਆਈ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਬੰਦਕ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਅੱਜ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਦਫਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਸੂਚੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਮਿਹਨਤੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੋਨ ਵਾਈਜ਼ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਲਵਾ ਜੋਨ –1 ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਿਰੋਜਪੁਰ, ਫਾਜਿਲਕਾ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ, ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਲਾ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਔਲਖ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰਾਂ ਮਾਲਵਾ ਜੋਨ-2 ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਗਾ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਲਾ ਮਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ ਦਾ ਅਰਸ਼ ਮਾਣਕਵਾਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮਾਲਵਾ ਜੋਨ-3 ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਲਾ ਰੋਪੜ੍ਹ, ਮੋਹਾਲੀ, ਫਤਿਹਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ, ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਿਲਾ ਖੰਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ ਦਾ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਝਿੰਜਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸ. ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਔਜਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਆਬਾ ਜੋਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸ. ਹਰਕਮਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੂਰੇਗਿੱਲ ਮਾਝਾ ਜੋਨ ਦਾ ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸ. ਤਰਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੀਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਯੂ.ਟੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਗਠਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸ. ਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਪ੍ਰਸਤ, ਸ. ਮਨਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ, ਸ. ਹਰਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ, ਸ. ਏਕਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਜਨਰਲ, ਸ. ਜਸਕਰਨਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਮੀਤ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ, ਸ. ਤੇਜਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ. ਹਰਗੂਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦਾ ਜੁਆਇੰਟ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸ. ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੂਖੰਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ. ਰਣਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ. ਹਰਕਮਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੂਰੇਗਿੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਸ. ਮਨਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੜੈਚ ਨੂੰ ਐਸ.ਓ.ਆਈ ਦਾ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਸ.ਓ.ਆਈ ਦਾ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਮੀਤ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ. ਆਕੇਸ਼ਕਮਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਟਕਪਰਾ, ਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾ ਸ਼ੰਮੀ ਕੰਗ ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ, ਸ. ਅਮੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਨੂ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ, ਸ. ਗੁਰਸ਼ਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨਸਾ, ਡੀ.ਸੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੁਢਲਾਢਾ, ਸ. ਹਰਮਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਸ. ਗੁਰਕੀਰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਨਾਗ ਫਤਿਹਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅਤੇ ਸ. ਗੁਰਬਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਠ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰਾਂ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਮਿਹਨਤੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਸ.ਓ.ਆਈ ਦਾ ਮੀਤ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ. ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਦੂਲਗੜ੍ਹ, ਸ. ਹਿਰਦੇਪਾਲ ਸਿੱਘ ਸੇਖੋਂ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ, ਸ. ਪਰਮਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਦੀਕਸ਼ਤ ਭੱਟੀ ਫਿਰੋਜਪੁਰ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਨਹਦ ਪ੍ਰਾਸ਼ਰ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਤਾਨਿਸ਼ ਭਨੋਟ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸੌਰਵ ਸ਼ੇਰਖਾਂ ਫਿਰੋਜਪੁਰ, ਸ. ਜਸ਼ਨ ਸੰਧੂ ਬਾਜਕ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਕਸ਼ੇ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੈਂਟੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਸਹਾਏ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।

Chandigarh, Chandigarh:(ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ – ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਯੂਨਿਟ) ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ-ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਲੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੇਅਰ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੇਵਜ੍ਹਾ ਦੇਰ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਣ ’ਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਖੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਜਤਾਈ। ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਲੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੇਅਰ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਦੇਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਰਸ ਟ੍ਰੇਡਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਆਸਾਰ ਬਣਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰਿਕ ਮਰਿਆਦਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠੇਸ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਭਰੋਸੇਯੋਗਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਸੌਦੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੰਡੇਟ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਵਿਲੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੇਅਰ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਛੋਟਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਨਿਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ झੱਲਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇੰਨੇ ਘੱਟ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੰਭਵ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਂਟੀ ਡਿਫੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਵਿਲੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਐਂਟੀ ਡਿਫੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ, ਤਦ ਤੱਕ ਕੌਂਸਲਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ-ਫਰੋਖ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਬਦਲਣ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਗੈਰ-ਨੈਤਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਥਾਵਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾਉਣਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਨ, ਮੇਅਰ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਦੇਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਐਂਟੀ ਡਿਫੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨੂੰ ਉਠਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ/ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਲੀ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੇਅਰ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ, ਯੋਜਨਾਬੱਧ ਅਤੇ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰਹਿਣ।

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Jathedar Gargajj appealed to the Sikh Sangat and Sikh institutions to extend maximum participation and support to the Nagar Kirtan being taken to Sachkhand Sri Darbar Sahib, with the support of S. Gurjit Singh, who has been struggling at Samana to press for enactment of a strict law to curb incidents of sacrilege of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. He said the government should make provisions for a stringent law to uphold the honour and sanctity of the sacred Granths of all religions within the country’s legal framework. He noted that Sikhs regard Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji as the living, eternal Guru, and stressed the need for governments to make special legal provisions regarding sacrilege so the guilty can be punished. For years, sacrilege incidents have occurred but authorities have failed to stop these acts or deliver justice. Police often release accused citing mental health or fail to produce them, denying justice and causing resentment. He questioned anti-Sikh conspiracies by hidden forces and said further deliberations will be held at Sri Akal Takht Sahib on the issue, to unite the Panth and address it through a concrete policy.

Chandigarh, Chandigarh:ਧਾਮੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਇਹ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕੀ ਸ੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਇਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ ਜੇਕਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਕੁਝ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪ ਸਹੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਆ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਇਹ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਰੂ ਖੇਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਆ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਜੋ 1925 ਦੇ ਐਕਟ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਚੱਲਦੀ ਅ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਕੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰੋ, ਕੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰੀਏ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਾੜ ਲਈਏ, ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਦੋ SGPC ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੈ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਆਪ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਾਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਿਉ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਹਰ ਇਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਆ 92 ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਸਾਡੇ ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਮੋਡ ਆਫ ਐਟਕ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਜੁਡੀਸ਼ਲ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਜ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਜਾਂ ਇਹ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਐਕਟ ਵੇਖੋਗੇ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਫੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਿੰਨਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਸਿੱਖ ਜੁਡੀਸ਼ਲ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੋਲ ਪਾਵਰ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਆ ਹੁੰਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਐਫੀਡੈਵਟ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਆਏ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਹੁਣ ਝੂਠਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟ ਆਫ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਆ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੁਝ, SGPC ਕੋਲ ਹੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹਨ ਇੰਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਕੋਲੋ PIL ਪਵਾਈ , ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ direction ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਕੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ, ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਮੈਜਿਸਟਰੇਟ ਸਹਿਬਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਰਡਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਕੀ 156/3 ਦਾ ਪਰਚਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਏਜੀ ਕਹਿ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ 142 ਤਹਿਤ ਸਿੱਖ ਜੁਡੀਸ਼ਲ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੋਲ ਜਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ 156/3 ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਪੈਡਿੰਗ ਆ , ਉਸ ਤੇ ਇੰਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੋਈ ਆਰਡਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਉਨਾਂ ਸਮਾਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲੇ ਇਹ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਆ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਆ ਜਿੰਨਾਂ 16 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਉਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਲੈਣਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਾਡਾ ਸਾਡੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਨਾਲ ਲੈਣਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਹੈ ਕੌਮ ਦੀ ਇੰਨੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਲਾਹਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਕੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਇਸ਼ਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਜੋ ਕੀ 1000 ਪੰਨੇ ਦੀ ਆ , ਉਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਇਸ ਤੇ ਫੋਕਸ ਕਰੇ, ਨਾ ਕੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ , ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲਾਹਾ ਨਾ ਲਵੇ, ਉਹ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ,ਉਹ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਦੋਖੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਇਹ ਜੋ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਆ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿਆਲਕਾ ਇਕ ਪੇਸ਼ੇ ਤੋਂ ਵਕੀਲ ਨੇ, ਉਹ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਐਫ ਆਈ ਆਰ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਹਿ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ, ਜੇਕਰ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਖਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਮੌਕੇ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਵਾਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਦਖਨੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੋਵੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੋਲ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਦਖਲਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲੇ

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:UGC takes cognisance of Himachal ragging case, orders fact-finding probe Dharamshala, Jan 3 The University Grants Commission (UGC) has taken cognisance of the case involving the death of a 19-year-old student of a college in Dharamshala, who passed away on December 26 after falling ill, allegedly following ragging by four students and sexual harassment by a professor. In response to the incident, the UGC has constituted a fact-finding committee to examine the circumstances surrounding the student''s death and the allegations levelled against those involved. Confirming the move, UGC officials said in a statement, "The University Grants Commission has taken serious cognisance of the tragic incident at a Dharamsala college. It has been decided to constitute a fact-finding committee. UGC assures that culprits will not be spared, and stringent action will follow. Student safety is paramount." Meanwhile, four students of a government college in Himachal Pradesh''s Dharamshala have been booked for ragging in connection with the case. In addition, a professor at the same institute has been booked on charges of sexually harassing the female student, who later died on December 26. The case has also drawn the attention of the Himachal Pradesh Scheduled Castes Commission, which has sought a detailed report on the incident. Himachal Pradesh Scheduled Castes Commission Chairman Kuldeep Kumar Dhiman said the matter had been brought to the Commission''s notice. "The matter was brought to our notice, and I have sought a report on the matter. Any kind of discrimination will not be tolerated," he said. This case triggered widespread outrage and has raised questions over the role of the college and police administration. In connection with the case, police have registered an FIR against four female students and a college professor. However, the matter has taken a controversial turn as the college administration has refused to recognise the deceased as a student of the institution for the current academic year. This has led the victim''s family and guardians to question the conduct of both the college authorities and the police in handling the case. Following the death of 19-year-old Pallavi, who was associated with Dharamshala Degree College, serious allegations of ragging, sexual harassment and mental torture have surfaced. Acting on a complaint filed by the victim''s father, Vikram Kumar, the Dharamshala police have registered a case under Sections 75, 115(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS), which deal with sexual harassment, voluntarily causing hurt and common intention. The FIR also includes Section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Educational Institutions (Prohibition of Ragging) Act, 2009. Vikram further claimed that his daughter was subjected to casteist slurs and immense mental harassment.

CPIM का धरना: धर्मशाला कॉलेज मौत मामले में निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग

Kullu, Himachal Pradesh:धर्मशाला गवर्नमेंट कॉलेज छात्रा मौत मामले पर CPIM का धरना, स्थानीय प्रशासन पर उठाए सवाल निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग धर्मशाला गवर्नमेंट कॉलेज में 19 वर्षीय छात्रा की इलाज के दौरान हुई मौत का मामला लगातार گرم आया हुआ है. पीड़िता के परिवार का आरोप है कि युवती के साथ कॉलेज में रैगिंग और उत्पीड़न हुआ. इसके बाद से 19 वर्षीय छात्रा डिप्रेशन में थी. अब इस मामले ने राजनीतिक रंग भी ले लिया है. इस मामले को लेकर शिमला में CPIM ने प्रदेश सरकार के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोला. CPIM ने धर्मशाला पुलिस और कॉलेज प्रशासन की कार्यप्रणाली पर भी सवाल उठाए हैं. लड़की की इलाज के दौरान मौत से पहले का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा है. जिसमें वह शिक्षक पर कई आरोप लगा रही है. परिजनों ने कालेज छात्राओं के खिलाफ रैगिंग और और अध्यापक पर यौन उत्पीड़न के गंभीर आरोप लगाए गए हैं.

गिग डिलीवरी कर्मियों की मेहनत पर सवाल: मान-सम्मान और सुरक्षा की मांग क्यों बढ़ी?

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Delivery partners across India went on strike demanding basic dignity, fair pay, safety, predictable rules and social security. The response from the Platform was to call them "miscreants" and turn a labour demand into a law & order narrative. That is not just insulting, it is dangerous. Workers asking for fair pay are not criminals. And if your system needs police to keep running on its biggest day, that is not proof the system works. That is an admission it doesn''t. If you needed police to have your workers stay on the road, they''re not employees. They''re hostages with helmets. I am glad my intervention in Parliament has started a nationwide debate. Let me be clear. I am pro-business and pro-startups. I have stood for innovation and entrepreneurship in Parliament. India needs its builders and risk-takers. I will always back them. But I will never back exploitation dressed as progress. I am pro-industry, not pro-exploitation. Success cannot be built by squeezing the last ounce out of the people doing the hardest work. And apparently asking for fair pay is politics now. Strange how everything becomes ''political agenda'' the moment it threatens margins or stock prices. Now, the favourite defence: "If the system were unfair, why do so many people work in it?" By that logic, zamindari was not exploitative because it ran for two centuries. Bonded labour was fair because people kept showing up. Every extractive system in history made the same argument. "They''re still here, aren''t they? Must be working." When one day’s income decides rent, electricity, or a child’s school fee, logging in on a strike day is not approval, it is survival. It is desperation. People remain trapped when better options do not exist. And please don’t sell people a distant dream to justify a present injustice. Promising that workers’ children will do better someday is not an answer to exploitation today. Record order numbers do not measure dignity. Lakhs of orders is a business metric, not a moral one. And it should make anyone pause when those numbers are celebrated on a night that is already known for higher-than-usual payouts compared to a regular day, while Platforms also credits ‘police action’ for keeping things under control. When scale is being applauded under those conditions, the obvious question is what is being counted and what is being ignored. That is a model being held up by pressure, not trust. This is also about Road Safety. Incentive structures that reward speed and punish delay put everyone at risk. Not just the delivery partner on the bike. The pedestrian crossing the street. The family in the car next to them. When we celebrate a 10-minute delivery, we should ask who pays the price when something goes wrong. Yes, technology can optimise logistics. But technology cannot replace transparency, protections and due process. A system where pay hides behind formulas no worker can see. Where incentives change overnight without notice. Where you are penalised for rain, traffic, app crashes. Where your livelihood can be switched off with one click and no hearing. That is not flexibility. That is control without accountability. If anyone broke the law that day, act against them. But do not use a few incidents to brand protesting workers as “miscreants” and crush a legitimate demand for fair pay and dignity. Silencing questions by insulting the people asking them. is not leadership. The answer to criticism is reform and accountability. I did not want to write a post this long. I would have preferred a healthy discussion on pay, safety, and protections. What came instead was coordinated noise. Within hours, identical talking points flooded our feeds. Board members who never discuss labour discovered social media. Influencers with no history of caring about workers began posting defences. As if someone had sent out a script. I have been in this long enough to recognise a paid campaign when I see one. To those in the Platforms making personal calls and sending messages requesting for tweets in their favour: your efforts reached me before your tweets did. Many of those people are friends. They told me everything. Choose your contact list more carefully next time. Also, the sad part is that the PR agencies got paid. Influencers got paid. Hashtags got bought. The only people still waiting for fair payment are the ones delivering your orders. And when the arguments ran out, the attacks turned personal, on my family and my lifestyle. That is when you know the platform is panicking. When someone runs out of answers, they reach for insinuations. My life is transparent. I wonder if the same can be said for the algorithms that decide a worker''s pay. Do not waste time debating my lifestyle. Focus on improving the lifestyle of gig workers. I have been fortunate and that’s exactly why I will use my position to raise these demands. If we have been given more, our duty is to demand fairness for those who are given less. Stop polarising a basic issue. The question is simple. Will we build India’s growth on dignity and safety, or on pressure and insecurity? I want Indian startups to scale. I am not here for agitation or disruption. I want these businesses to grow leaps and bounds, but not on the backs of the people who keep them running. As I said in Parliament, gig workers are the invisible wheels of the Indian economy. Platforms did not scale on code alone. They scaled on human labour. Real progress is simple and measurable. Fair and transparent pay, safety and insurance, social security, predictable rules and a grievance system with real due process. Progress is not how fast we deliver. Progress is whether the people who make the system run can live with dignity. This is a fight I will see through. In Parliament. Outside Parliament. Until there is accountability. The workers who built these platforms order by order, kilometre by kilometre, deserve better than to be called “miscreants" for asking to be treated as human beings. Jai Hind. Jai Bharat
