ਮਾਨਸਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ 'ਚ ਡਰੇਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੌਨਸੂਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਫਾਈ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ। ਐਕਸੀਅਨ ਸਰੂਪ ਚੰਦ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ 38 'ਚੋਂ 26 ਡਰੇਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਫਾਈ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ। 13 ਡਰੇਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਫਾਈ ਮਨਰੇਗਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ, 4 ਦੀ ਐਸਡੀਐਮਐਫ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਨਾਲ। ਐਸਡੀਐਮਐਫ ਫੰਡ 'ਚੋਂ 67 ਲੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਨ-ਪਲੇਨ 'ਚੋਂ 56 ਲੱਖ ਖਰਚ। ਬਾਕੀ ਡਰੇਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਫਾਈ 21 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੱਕ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ। ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਰੋਕਥਾਮ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ।

Amritsar, Punjab:ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸੋਧ ਬਿਲ 2020 ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਿਸਾਨ–ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ‘ਚ — ਸਰਵਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਧੇਰ ਪ੍ਰੀਪੇਡ (ਚਿੱਪ ਵਾਲੇ) ਮੀਟਰ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ, ਵਾਅਦੇ ਤੋੜਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜੀਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਾਰ, ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਅਹਵਾਨ 17–18 ਤਰੀਖ਼ ਨੂੰ ਡੀਸੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ, ਮੀਟਰ ਉਤਾਰ ਕੇ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਸਰਵਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਧੇਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਭਾਰਤ (ਕਿਸਮ) ਚੈਪਟਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸੋਧ ਬਿਲ 2020 ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 5 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਘੰਟੇ ਦਾ ਰੇਲ ਰੋਕੋ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਜ਼ਬਰ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ, ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਰੇਲ ਟਰੈਕਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਗਿਰਫ਼ਤਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਇਸ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨਾਲ ਗਿਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼–ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ‘ਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਮਿਲੀ。 ਪੰਧੇਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪੜਾਅ ‘ਚ ਪ੍ਰੀਪੇਡ ਮੀਟਰਾਂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੱਪ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੀਟਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਵੱਡਾ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਛੇੜਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਦਾ ਨਿੱਜੀਕਰਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਪੇਡ ਮੀਟਰ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਬਗੈਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਪਰ ਅਸਲ ‘ਚ ਆਮ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਂ ‘ਚ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਇਹ ਮੀਟਰ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਰੋਪ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ 30 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸੋਧ ਬਿਲ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਾਖੇ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜੋ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਚੁੱਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰੀਪੇਡ ਮੀਟਰਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ 600 ਯੂਨਿਟ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਯੂਨਿਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿੱਲ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦਰਾਂ ‘ਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ。 ਪੰਧੇਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਪੇਡ ਮੀਟਰ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜੀਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਸਾਫ਼ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਬਿਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਇਕਾਟ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਅਪੀਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਜੇ ਮੀਟਰ ਉਤਾਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜੁਰਮਾਨੇ ਜਾਂ ਐਵਰੇਜ ਬਿਲ ਭੇਜੇ ਗਏ ਤਾਂ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ。 ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ, ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ, ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ jਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਡਟਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 17 ਤੇ 18 ਤਰੀਖ਼ ਨੂੰ ਡੀਸੀ ਦਫਤਰਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:DRY NEWS Human Rights Day: President Murmu to chair NHRC''s key event today New Delhi,President Droupadi Murmu will share her thoughts on ''Dignity for All'' when she chairs the NHRC''s event to commemorate the Human Rights Day on Wednesday. President Murmu is expected to shed light on responsive governance and efficient public service delivery as key to ensuring basic amenities, justice, liberty, equality and dignity for all, said the official in a statement. NHRC Chairperson V. Ramasubramanian and P. K. Mishra, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, would also attend the event. To mark this day, aligning with the theme chosen by the UN for this year''s Human Rights Day, ''Everyday Essentials'', the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) will also organise a National Conference on ''Ensuring Everyday Essentials: Public Services and Dignity for All''. Mishra will deliver the keynote address for this conference. An NHRC statement said that the conference''s theme resonates with the country''s developmental journey, underscoring that human rights are not abstract aspirations. They are the everyday essentials that determine one''s quality of life through essential services such as healthcare, education, housing, justice, financial inclusion and social protection. The Commission believes that responsive governance and efficient public services are essential to ensure uniform access to basic amenities and fulfil the constitutional promise of justice, liberty, equality and dignity for everyone. In recent years, the country has made remarkable progress in expanding access to basic amenities through initiatives such as PM Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, Swachh Bharat Mission, Ujjwala Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Kendra, Ayushman Bharat, National Education Policy, Van Bandhu Kalyan Yojana, Aspirational Districts and Blocks Programme and others. However, these welfare policies need to be continuously supplemented with reinforced efforts to ensure that there are no gaps in access, awareness and accountability. The two sessions of the Conference- ''Basic Amenities to all: A Human Rights Approach'' and ''Ensuring Public Services and Dignity For All'' aim to discuss these aspects. Eminent domain experts, Secretaries to the Government of India and other senior officials are expected to speak and deliberate on these initiatives in these two sessions. Human Rights Day, observed annually on December 10 since 1950, commemorates the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:US trade chief calls India talks as 'best offers ever received' Washington, The United States is pushing ahead with intensive trade negotiations with India, with US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer telling lawmakers that New Delhi has made “the best we've ever received as a country” in ongoing discussions aimed at expanding market access for American farm products, including grain sorghum and soy. Speaking at a Senate Appropriations subcommittee hearing on Tuesday, Greer said a USTR team was currently “in New Delhi, as we speak,” working through sensitive agricultural barriers. He acknowledged that “there is resistance in India… to certain row crops,” but stressed that India's latest proposals marked an unusual opening. “They've been quite forward-leaning,” he told Senators in response to a question. Greer suggested that India was now “a viable alternative market” for US commodities at a time when American producers are facing piling inventories and fluctuating demand from China. “We have to find a way to manage that trade,” he said, adding that India represents a promising but historically difficult market to “crack.” Committee Chair Jerry Moran, who raised concerns about shrinking options for Kansas farmers, pressed Greer on diversifying export destinations to reduce dependence on China. Pointing to large stockpiles, Moran said: “It's such a difficult country to crack.” Greer responded that the diplomatic and commercial outreach with India was further along than in past administrations. Greer said India's engagement was occurring in parallel with a global reorientation of US trade relationships aimed at lowering deficits and building reciprocal access. “We're opening market access all over the world in places like Southeast Asia and even in Europe,” he said. These new openings, he argued, strengthen Washington's hand with major partners such as India and help farmers secure “structural constant access.” Greer also signaled that broader tariff and market-access issues would arise with India in sectors beyond agriculture. When asked about the future of zero-tariff commitments for civil aviation parts under the 1979 Aircraft Agreement, he said discussions with India were “fairly far advanced,” adding: “We can certainly talk about extending treatment to those countries… if they're willing to play ball and come to the table and give the United States the market access it should have.” Moran also highlighted India as a potential major buyer of ethanol derived from US corn and soy. Greer did not elaborate on India specifically but noted that “a lot of other countries… have agreed to open their markets for US ethanol.” He added that the European Union had committed to purchase “$750 billion in US energy products” over several years, including biofuels. Several senators raised concerns about the stress facing American farmers amid volatile tariffs and shifting Chinese purchases. Greer insisted that the administration's push for reciprocal deals was creating new opportunities for exporters, saying the United States was “breaking the mold of conventional wisdom in Washington” and gaining commitments from trading partners on tariffs, regulatory barriers, and FDA acceptance for medicines. Throughout the hearing, Greer returned repeatedly to the administration's view that aggressive negotiation, including tariffs, remains essential to enforcing commitments and unlocking markets. “They respond to enforcement,” he said. “That's how we're able to generate compliance and market opening.” It is worth noting that India–US trade ties have expanded significantly over the past decade, with the two governments negotiating market access across agriculture, digital services, aviation, pharmaceuticals, and critical minerals. India remains one of America's fastest-growing export destinations, though agriculture continues to face longstanding tariff and sanitary restrictions, officials believe. Talks accelerated after the launch of the US–India Strategic Trade Dialogue and ongoing frameworks linked to the Indo-Pacific Economic agenda, as both governments seek supply-chain diversification and deeper commercial integration in the face of geopolitical realignments.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Chugh demands CBI probe into political financial corruption in Punjab BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh on Tuesday demanded a CBI inquiry into the alleged financial corruption in the Congress. Taking a strong note of the claim made by Navjot Kaur Sidhu that former Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Randhawa sold the Congress Assembly tickets in Rajasthan, Chugh said such allegations needed to be investigated because they reflected gross financial corruption in the Congress led by the Gandhi family. He said as it is some of the Gandhi family members are on bail in a corruption case, the disclosures made by Navjot Kaur must be investigated thoroughly. Chugh also referred to a fresh chapter of corruption in Punjab, involving protected forest and government land in the Shivalik range. He said people of Punjab want to know why the Congress leadership has chosen to suspend Navjot Kaur Sidhu at the very moment when she has flagged a major environmental and land-grabbing scandal that directly concerns powerful political interests. Chugh said Navjot Kaur Sidhu has clearly alleged that thousands of acres of the Shivalik foothill land, protected under the Punjab Land Preservation Act and forest regulations, are under illegal occupation by VVIPs without legal registry. Chugh said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is allegedly preparing to legalise these illegal holdings, which would amount to legitimising environmental crime. He said the Shivalik region is ecologically fragile and legally protected, and any move to regularise unauthorised forest land must immediately be investigated at the highest level. Chugh also demanded a comprehensive CBI enquiry into the entire Shivalik land encroachment and proposed regularisation, saying the people of Punjab deserve full transparency on which VVIPs have grabbed protected land.

Rupnagar, Punjab:Ropar ਰੂਪਨਗਰ, ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਐਸ.ਏ ਐਸ ਨਗਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਜੱਜ ਸਹਿਤ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਰੂਪਨਗਰ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਅੱਜ "ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ" ਤਹਿਤ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਮੋਰਿੰਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਤਾਜਪੁਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨੁੱਕੜ ਨਾਟਕ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ。 ਇਸ ਸੰਬਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆ ਸੀ.ਜੇ.ਐਮ ਕਮ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਰੂਪਨਗਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਟਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਵ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੀਹ ਤांकि ਅੱਜ ਦੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਪੀੜੀ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬੱਚ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਧੀਆ ਬਣਾ ਸਕੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਦੋਨੋਂ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਨੁੱਕੜ ਨਾਟਕ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ。 ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸੀ.ਜੇ.ਐਮ ਕਮ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਰੂਪਨਗਰ ਨੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਹੌਂਸਲਾ ਅਫਜਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਰੂਪਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਵਿੱਢੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ.ਜੇ.ਐਮ ਕਮ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਰੂਪਨਗਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਨਾਟਕ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਮੀਨਰ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ。 ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਾਲ ਵਿਆਹ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੈਮੀਨਰ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ।

Kapurthala, Punjab:ਸੁਲਤਾਨਪੁਰ ਲੋਧੀ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਥੇਹਵਾਲਾ ROAD RANGE ’ਚ ਦੋ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹਿੰਸਕ ਝੜਪ ਇੱਟਾਂ-ਰੋੜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਮਲਾ, ਤਿੰਨ ਜਖ਼ਮੀ, ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਕੱਢਣ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀ ਹੋਈ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ? ਐਂਕਰ :ਸੁਲਤਾਨਪੁਰ ਲੋਧੀ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਥੇਹਵਾਲਾ ਚ ROAD RANGE ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੋ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੋਈ ਹਿੰਸਕ ਝੜਪ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ। ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਇੱਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰੋੜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਰਹੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਈ ਲੋਕ ਜਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਏ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਸਿਵਿਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ。 ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਪੱਖ ਇਹ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਝਗੜੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਕ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਕੱਢਣ ਦੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਵੀ ਹੋਈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਲੈਜਾਣ ‘ਤੇ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਖੁੱਲੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਕਦਮਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ 1 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਸੁਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਸੰਬਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਸੁਲਤਾਨਪੁਰ ਲੋਧੀ ਧੀਰੇਂਡਰ ਵਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਹਾਲੇ ਤੱਕ ਗੋਲੀ ਚੱਲਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਖ਼ਮੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪੱਖਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਗਹਿਰਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

Mandi, Himachal Pradesh:मंडी स्टोरी मंडी जन संकल्प रैली को लेकर आज मंडी में राजस्व मंत्री जगत सिंह नेगी ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की हिमाचल प्रदेश कांग्रेस की सरकार ने 3 सालों में हमने प्राकृतिक आपदा के साथ-साथ राजनीतिक आपदा भी झेली है हमने 2023 और 2025 में आपदा के दौरान सभी प्रभावितों को ऐतिहासिक पैकेज बांटा है वहीं राजनीतिक आपदा मे बीजेपी ने असंवैधानिक तरीके से और धन बल और ED, CBI के सहारे से पूरा जोर लगाकर एक चुनी हुई सरकार को गिराने का भरपूर प्रयास किया, लेकिन सफल नहीं हुए, जनता के आश्रीवाद से सरकार अभी भी टिकी हुई है, वहीं जन संकल्प रैली को लेकर राजस्व मंत्री जगत सिंह नेगी ने कहा कि यह रैली ऐतिहासिक होने वाली है, इस रैली को लेकर भी भारतीय जनता पार्टी लगातार सवाल कर रही है कि 3 वर्ष का कार्यक्रम मंडी में ही क्यों आयोजित किया जा रहा है, जगत सिंह नेगी ने कहा कि मानसून का प्रभाव मंडी के अलावा कुल्लू और अन्य क्षेत्रों में भी रहा है, हम सभी पीड़ितों के साथ खड़े हैं, आपदा प्रभावित लोगों की पीड़ा को समझते हैं और संवेदनशील है,,, हिमाचल प्रदेश में आर्थिक कंगाली है इसके बाद भी मुख्यमंत्री ने साहस दिखाया हैं, पिछली डबल इंजन की भाजपा सरकार ने हम पर भारी भरकम बोझ छोड़ा है, और अरबो रुपए ऐसे काम पर खर्च करते रहे जिसे आम जनता को कोई फायदा नहीं है, लेकिन हमारी जो सरकार है हमारे सरकार ने व्यवस्था परिवर्तन किया है, लेकिन केंद्र सरकार ने आपदा के दौरान हिमाचल सरकार के साथ बहुत ही भेद भाव किया है,
