Lehragaga, Punjab:ਅਲੀਸ਼ੇਰ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਭੜਕਿਆ ਰੋਸ, ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਹਿਰਾ–ਜਾਖਲ ਰੋਡ ਜਾਮ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ 50-50 ਲੱਖ, ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ 20-20 ਲੱਖ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਲਹਿਰਾਗਾਗਾ–ਜਾਖਲ ਰੋਡ 'ਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਅਲੀਸ਼ੇਰ ਨੇੜੇ ਬੀਤੀ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਵਾਪਰੇ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਰੋਸ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਹਿਰਾ–ਜਾਖਲ ਰੋਡ ਜਾਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਧਰਨੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ 50-50 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ, ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 20-20 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਰਦਨਾਕ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਨ ਗੁਆਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਦੱਸੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਦਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਗ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਹੈ। ਧਰਨਾਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਤੋਂ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਗ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਾਰ ਚਾਲਕ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ0

पंजाब: लवप्रीत कत्ल पर डीजीपी से जानकारी, नशे की दुकानों पर राजनीति
Noida, Uttar Pradesh:चंडीगढ़ : सुनील जाखड़ पीड़ित परिवार को लेकर डीजीपी पंजाब से मिलने के बाद जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि 1 महीना हो चुका है जिसमें की 13 सितम्बर को लवप्रीत के कत्ल की शिकायत सभी पुलिस उच्च अधिकारियों को भेजी थी जिसमें कि 13 सितंबर को कत्ल हुआ था। नशे की लत में लवप्रीत था तो उसमें पुलिस को भी शिकायत की तो कहा गया कि परिवार खुद खरीदे नशा और हम फिर पकड़ेंगे।डीजीपी को पूरी जानकारी दी है जिसमें की जब सवाल बेटी पूछती है तो उसका जवाब नहीं। लवप्रीत कि बहन अमनदीप कौर ने बताया कि 15 सितंबर को कत्ल हुआ था जिसमें कि उसके बाद जब देखा तो बेचने वाले उसे फेंक कर गए थे जिसके बाद पुलिस के उच्च अधिकारी को शिकायत किट हो जिसमें की देखे तो नशा अभी फिर बेचा जा रहा है जबकि खत्म करने का दावा किया जाता है कि नशा खत्म नहीं हुआ है और जो घर बेच रहे है वह उसी तरह से काम कर रहे है। पुलिस ने हमे पोस्टमार्टम नहीं करवाने दिया जबकि अभी भी हम सीसीटीवी कैमरे चेक कर रहे है जिसमें की अब तो पुलिस साथ नहीं दे रहे है ।1 वर्ष पहले भी हमने शिकायत पुलिस को दी थी। सुनील जाखड़ ने कहा कि डीजीपी को हमने यह बताया कि एक महीने से लगातार यह बेटी जांच में लगी हुई है जिसमें की डीजीपी को हम पेनड्राइव भी देके आए है और पुलिस को जब कहा तो मदद तो क्या करनी थी बल्कि वीडियो डिलीट करवा दिए。 किसी पुलिस अधिकारी पर कोई एक्शन नहीं हुआ है जबकि डीजीपी ने नहीं कहा है कि हम कार्यवाही करेंगे।जो नशा चाहिए बेटी ने दावा किया डीजीपी को की कोई भी नशा चाहिए वह मिलेगा।सीएम फ्रांस में जन्मदिन मना रहे है जबकि वहां देखे तो कौन मार्कफेड का सामान बेचना था जबकि मार्कफेड नीलम होने के कगार पर है। सुनील जाखड़ ने कहा कि सितंबर महीने में शिक्षण मित्तल पकड़ा गया तो उसे ट्रांसफर किया जिसके बाद फाजिल्का जब गया तो 2024 साइबर में यह युद्ध नशे विरोध शुरू हुआ था। प्रेगैबिलिन का मामला और नाम तब सामने आया और पता लगा है कि शिशन की खुद की फैक्ट्री है नशा बनाने वाली जिसमें की यह भी हुआ कि जो भी यह दवा बेचेगा उसका रिकॉर्ड रखा जाएगा।मुक्तसर में देखे तो डीसी का आदेश है जोकि सिर्फ एक महीने के लिए बेन किया फिर बेचते रहे जिसमें की फैक्ट्री इनकी खुद की लगी हुई है डीजीपी और चीफ सेक्ट्री बताए कि दो वर्ष में कितने केमिस्ट शॉप में चेकिंग हुई है क्योंकि ड्रग इंस्पेक्टर तो खुद बेच रहे हैं जिन्होंने चेक करना था और यह चेकिंग नहीं हुई। सुनील जाखड़ ने कहा कि अगर ड्रग इंस्पेक्टर सही से काम करते तो परमिंदर सिंह झोटा का कत्ल भी नहीं होना था। प्रेगैबिलिन मुद्दा नहीं है , बॉर्डर के पार से नशा आने के सवाल किए जाते है जबकि इसको देखे तो कर्म सिंह कॉन्सटेबल से 15 किलो हेरोइन और घर से 10 किलो हेरोइन एंटी ड्रग स्क्वैड से मिली है तो जो बेची या बेची जाती होगी स्पष्ट होती है।अब बताए बीएसफ इसमें क्या करेगी।52 करोड़ लगाकर एंटी ड्रोन खरीदा है तो बताएं कितने ड्रोन पकड़े हैं। मकान जिस तरह मानसा में तोड़ा गया तो राज जीत का मकान क्यों नहीं तोड़ा और कर्म सिंह का क्यों नहीं तोड़ा इस मामले में अगर 5,7 दिन में।कुछ नहीं हुआ तो कोर्ट जाएंगे。0

हरसिमरत बादल की चिट्ठी: परविंदर झोटा हत्या में सीबीआई जांच जरूरी
Chandigarh, Chandigarh:सांसद हरसिमरत कौर बादल की ग्रह मंत्री अमित शाह को परविंदर झोटा के हत्या मामले में जाँच सीबीआई को सौंपने के लिए चिठ्ठी लिखी। I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a matter of grave public importance concerning the gruesome day light murder of S. Parvinder Singh Jhota of Mansa, who is widely known to have actively campaigned against the menace of drugs and against illegal sale of controlled pharmaceutical substances and synthetic drugs in the region. As you are aware Parvinder Singh Jhota was killed in broad day light when he left home after informing the Mansa DSP and asking him to reach a chemist shop where drugs were being sold. Despite being informed by Parvinder Singh, the police did not reach there following which the latter started streaming the case of sale of psychotropic drugs by the medical store owner - Ashwini Kumar. Following this Ashwini shot and killed Parvinder Jhota and injured two others after talking to someone on the phone. Post the murder of the anti- drug crusader, his father — Bhim Singh submitted a formal statement to the police highlighting how his son was a victim to the politician — police- drug mafia nexus behind the drug trade in Punjab and how this nexus was receiving patronage from the very top, including Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Sir, the aggrieved father recounted the entire journey of his son starting from how he exposed drug trade being done from medical stores in Mansa and how he was arrested and jailed for the same after being implicated in false cases. Jhota''s father Bhim Singh specifically mentioned that the State DGP and the Mansa SSP were behind these false cases. This was not all. S. Bhim Singh in his statement has said that when his son was in jail, the Mansa SSP threatened him that if he still continued to raise his voice against the drug trade, he would be eliminated. Bhim Singh also mentioned in his statement that police officers were also entrenched in the drug trade and that the Mansa DSP — Shri Sanjeev Goyal even owned medical drug manufacturing facilities which were used to produce intoxicants. Bhim Singh mentioned how the local drug Inspector in Mansa — Shisham Mittal was in cahoots with the drug mafia and did not take requisite exemplary action against the medical stores. He mentioned the names of then DSP Sanjeev Goyal and then SSP Nanak Singh for shielding drug offenders besides accusing present sub division DSP Harjinder Singh Gill and SHO Beant Kaur for being directly responsible for his son''s murder. The aggrieved father has disclosed that Jhota always used to say that he was the son of a soldier and that he was ready to sacrifice his life for the cause of eradicating drugs from Punjab. Following this as predicted by Jhota, he was murdered under a conspiracy to silence his voice forever. Sir, civil society is not only disturbed by the gruesome murder but also the fact that that it has been executed under a well laid out plan. It is a fact that the drug activist rang up the area DSP before proceeding to the medical store but the police did not act on his information immediately. Even at the medical store, the perpetrator spoke at length with someone before committing the heinous crime. There are other issues also including the fact that the murderer — Ashwini Kumar was accused of selling controlled psychotropic drugs several times. Ashwini had also been jailed for some time but was able to acquire a weapon license which was approved by the then Mansa SSP in 2024, few months after he was released from jail. All this indicates that Ashwini had very powerful godfathers. Only a high level independent and impartial investigation can unmask these influential persons, be it the drug inspectors, police officials or top-ranking politicians. A CBI probe is necessary to expose all the perpetrators behind Jhota''s murder. The probe besides covering this case, may also take up the role of drug inspectors in drug trafficking besides going into all recent cases in which the police force has been used to supress anti-drug activists. These may include the case of Mohanjit Singh of Sunam who was tortured for indulging in a democratic protest in a function addressed by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann against the sale of ''chitta'' (synthetic drugs) and the suicide of Gulzar Singh following police persecution after he questioned Finance Minister S. Harpal Cheema as to why ''chitta'' was being sold openly. There are numerous other cases of whistle blowers being forced into silence even as drug traffickers have a field day in Punjab. Only a comprehensive probe into the entire drug racket in Punjab under the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government can expose these messengers of death and provide relief to Punjabis from this scourge which is threatening to consume an entire generation0

Khanna, Punjab:ਖੰਨਾ ’ਚ ਬੱਬੂ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਅਖਾੜੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਿਵਾਦ, ਪੰਡਿਤ ਰਾਓ ਨੇ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਚੈੱਕ ਭੇਜ ਕੇ ਗੀਤ ਯੂਟਿਊਬ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੀਤ ਨਾ ਗਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ, ਐੱਸਐੱਸਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਖੰਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ 20 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਦੁਸਹਿਰਾ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਗਾਇਕ ਬੱਬੂ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਅਖਾੜੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੰਡਿਤ ਰਾਓ ਧਰੇਨਵਰ ਨੇ ਬੱਬੂ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੀਤ ਨਾ ਗਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯੂਟਿਊਬ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਵੀ ਕਰਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਭਰਪਾਈ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਨਖ਼ਾਹ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਚੈੱਕ ਭੇਜਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਡਿਤ ਰਾਓ ਧਰੇਨਵਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਖੰਨਾ ਦੇ ਐੱਸਐੱਸਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਦੁਸਹਿਰਾ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹਾੇ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਜਾਣ। ਪੰਡਿਤ ਰਾਊ ਨੇ ਬੱਬੂ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰੇਜ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ “ਚੌਥਾ ਪੈੱਗ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਾਂਹ ਫ਼ੜਨੀ” ਅਤੇ “ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੌਂਕ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦਾ” ਵਰਗੇ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ 20 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਖੰਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਖਾੜੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯੂਟਿਊਬ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਗੀਤ ਯੂਟਿਊਬ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਨਖ਼ਾਹ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਚੈੱਕ ਭੇਜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੰਭਾਵੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਭਰਪਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਪੰਡਿਤ ਰਾਓ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੱਬੂ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖੰਨਾ ਦੇ ਦੁਸਹਿਰਾ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਣ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ。0
