Thousands of homes, lakhs of acres of land, and lakhs of livestock have been lost... The Rs 12,500 crore from the SDRF (State Disaster Relief Fund) have also not been provided by you (the central government)... You know that in the areas of Punjab where the floods have comes, Rs 1600 crore will not suffice. Do not discriminate against us. We have demanded Rs 50,000 crore; at the very least, give us Rs 25,000 crore..."

Bhagwant Singh Mann led Punjab Government is all set to procure every single grain of paddy from the mandis, stated Punjab Mandi Board Chairman Harchand Singh Barsat, while reviewing the arrangements made to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations for the upcoming Kharif season commencing from September 16, 2025. S. Barsat, along with Secretary Mandi Board Mr. Ramvir, held a high-level meeting with District Mandi Officers to review the preparedness of the Board. Complying with the directions of Punjab Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister S. Gurmeet Singh Khudian, the Mandi Board Chairman directed officials to ensure all 1,822 mandis and procurement centres should be well-maintained and equipped to handle the paddy crop to ensure seamless experience for farmers, Arhtiyas, labourers and traders. He asked the officials to ensure comprehensive arrangements including cleanliness, uninterrupted electricity supply, drinking water facilities, restroom access and shaded seating areas. He also directed the officials to ensure adequate shaded areas and seating arrangements for laborers working in mandis, ensuring their comfort and well-being during the procurement process. He instructed the District Mandi Officers and head office officials to personally visit mandis, conduct ground-level assessments and maintain continuous monitoring during the procurement season to address any issue and concerns immediately. The Chairman also emphasised on creating a supportive and conducive environment for farmers to ensuring that they can sell their produce without any difficulty. Box Chairman launches jersey of Punjab Mandi Board Cricket team Meanwhile, Punjab Mandi Board Chairman also launched the Board’s cricket team''s jersey for the second annual Employees Cricket League, organised by the Punjab Civil Secretariat Club. He also encouraged the Punjab Mandi Board cricket team, which previously stood runner-up in the All India State Agricultural Marketing Boards T-20 Cricket Tournament. The team presented the runner-up trophy to S. Barsat and Secretary Mr. Ramvir.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:‘YUDH NASHIAN VIRUDH’: ON DAY 195, PUNJAB POLICE CONDUCTS RAIDS AT 404 SITES; 95 DRUG SMUGGLERS HELD — OPERATION LEADS TO REGISTRATION OF 79 FIRs, RECOVERY OF 5.4KG HEROIN, 1KG OPIUM — AS PART OF ‘DE-ADDICTION’, PUNJAB POLICE CONVINCE 47 PERSONS TO UNDERGO DE-ADDICTION TREATMENT CHANDIGARH, September 12: Continuing the war against drugs “Yudh Nashian Virudh” waged by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to eradicate drug menace from state consecutively for the 195th day, Punjab Police conducted raids at 404 locations on Friday leading to the arrest of 95 drug smugglers after registration of 79 first information reports (FIRs) across the state. With this, the number of total drug smugglers arrested has reached to 29,288 in 195 days. The raids have resulted in recovery of 5.4 kg heroin, 1 kg opium, 1657 intoxicant tablets/capsules and Rs 5160 drug money from the possession of arrested drug smugglers. Notably, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann has asked the Commissioners of Police, Deputy Commissioners and Senior Superintendent of Police to make Punjab drug free state. The Punjab government has also constituted a 5-member Cabinet Sub Committee led by Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema to monitor the war against drugs. Over 150 Police teams, comprising over 1100 police personnel, under the supervision of 72 gazetted officers have conducted raids across the state. Police teams have also checked as many as 423 suspicious persons during the day-long operation. The state government has enforced a three-pronged strategy— Enforcement, Deaddiction and Prevention (EDP)— to eradicate drugs from the state, the Punjab Police as part of ''De-addiction’ has convinced 47 persons to undergo de-addiction and rehabilitation treatment today.

On Friday, the Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Balbir Singh, Education and Information & Public Relations Minister Harjot Singh Bains, and Transport and Jails Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar led from the front by deploying mobile medical units, reinforcing critical infrastructure, and distributing financial aid and essential supplies across the hardest-hit regions. This deployment brings the total number of mobile medical units to 38. These units are staffed with dedicated teams conducting health check-ups and distributing free medicines to those in need. Dr. Singh also visited eight-year-old Abhijot Singh, a kidney disease patient, at Guru Nanak Dev Hospital, presenting his family with a cheque for Rs. 50,000. The Minister assured the family that the state government would cover all of Abhijot''s treatment costs and provide compensation for their flood-related losses. Later, Dr. Singh visited the village of Kot Gurbaksh in Ajnala and distributed cheques of Rs 50,000 to flood-affected families. He urged the public to dial helpline number 104 for immediate medical assistance. HARJOT SINGH BAINS ANNOUNCES CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BRIDGE WORTH RS. 1.40 CR AND EXTENSION OF CONCRETE RETAINING WALL AT BIBHOR SAHIB Meanwhile, Education, and Information and Public Relations Minister Harjot Singh Bains has spearheaded efforts to restore and strengthen vital infrastructure in his constituency. In a proactive measure to prevent future damage, Minister Bains ordered the extension of the concrete retaining wall at Bibhor Sahib by an additional 400 feet to mitigate the risk of debris falling from the hill and protect the foundations of nearby homes. Minister Bains said that he is actively visiting villages throughout his constituency, adding that the entire road network has been reconnected, traffic routes are operating normally, and electricity and water supply lines have been fully restored. He also addressed a significant issue in Pighbari village, where a large ravine had blocked the path to residents'' homes. He pledged to strengthen the existing road and construct a new bridge at a cost of Rs. 1.40 crore to ensure a smooth flow of traffic for all residents. LALJIT SINGH BHULLAR DISTRIBUTES ESSENTIAL RELIEF MATERIALS IN PATTI CONSTITUENCY Transport and Jails Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar today distributed essential relief materials to flood-affected families in various villages along the Sutlej river in the Patti assembly constituency. The aid included ration, tarpaulins, household and kitchen items, as well as feed and chokers for animals. On this occasion, he also personally provided financial assistance to needy families. Minister Bhullar stated that the Chief Minister of Punjab has instructed all officers to begin a special girdawari from September 13 to assess damages. This process is to be completed within 45 days, after which compensation cheques will be handed over to farmers.

Gurdaspur, Punjab:ਸਟੋਰੀ-- ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਕਰੰਦਲਾਜੇ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਬਿਆਨ ,,,,,ਕਿਹਾ ਹੜ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਕੋਰੀਡੋਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਰ --- ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ। ਐਂਕਰ -- ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕਿਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਕਰੰਦਲਾਜੇ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਮਕੌੜਾ ਪੱਤਣ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋਏ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੜ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਫੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੜ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਕੋਰੀਡੋਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕਾਫੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਕੋਰੀਡੋਰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਹੂਨ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਵੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਰੂਰ ਸਹੀ ਕਰਵਾਵੇਗੀ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕਿਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਕਰੰਦਲਾਜੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਗਈਆਂ, ਕਈ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਵਹਿ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਚਿੰਤਾਜਨਕ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਕਟ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੋਢੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੋਢਾ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਕਟ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਲਈ 1600 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਪੈਕੇਜ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ 12 ਹਜਾਰ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਪਏ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਖਰਚ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ। ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਅੱਜ ਇਹ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਮੜਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਬਾਈਟ ----ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕਿਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਕਰੰਦਲਾਜੇ

हिमाचल HC ने शिमला की छतरी-जैकेट संस्कृति खत्म होने पर सख्त रुख दिखाया

Shimla, Himachal Pradesh:हिमाचल हाईकोर्ट ने जताई नाराजगी शिमला की 'छतरी-जैकेट' वाली संस्कृति हो रही खत्म मॉल रोड पर अवैध पार्किंग से बिगड़ी व्यवस्था हिमाचल प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट ने राजधानी शिमला की बिगड़ती व्यवस्था पर कड़ा रुख अपनाया है। अदालत ने कहा कि कभी शिमला की पहचान रही छतरी और जैकेट के साथ पैदल घूमने की संस्कृति अब खत्म होती जा रही है। यहां भीड़ और वाहनों की आवाजाही ने पुराने शिमला का आकर्षण खत्म कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि हालात ऐसे हो गए हैं जैसे मसूरी में देखने को मिलते हैं, जहां सील रोड पर भी ट्रैफिक चल रहा है। मुख्य न्यायाधीश गुरमीत सिंह संधावालिया और न्यायमूर्ति रंजन शर्मा की खंडपीठ ने हाल ही में एक जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान यह टिप्पणी की। अदालत ने गृह सचिव और शिमला के एसपी को निर्देश दिया है कि वे सील रोड पर जारी किए गए पास की जानकारी और पास धारकों की श्रेणियों का पूरा ब्योरा पेश करें। कोर्ट ने कहा कि शिली चौक से छोटा शिमला तक सील रोड पर बड़ी संख्या में पास जारी कर दिए गए हैं, जिससे पैदल चलने वालों के लिए मुश्किलें खड़ी हो गई हैं। इसके अलावा मॉल रोड के रॉकसी होटल से लेकर विलो बैंक तक वाहनों की अवैध पार्किंग हो रही है। कोर्ट ने सख्त टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि भले ही ड्रॉप-ऑफ के लिए अनुमति दी गई हो, लेकिन इसे रातभर पार्किंग की तरह इस्तेमाल करना गलत है। ऐसे क्षेत्र को सिर्फ ड्रॉप ज़ोन के रूप में ही माना जा सकता है। यह PIL संभव भसीन ने दायर की थी, जिसमें एआरटीआरएसी से राम बाजार तक की सड़कों पर सफाई व्यवस्था और टू-व्हीलर पार्किंग के लिए उचित गाइडलाइन बनाने की मांग की गई थी। कोर्ट ने याचिका में लगाई गई तस्वीरों का हवाला देते हुए कहा कि स्थिति बेहद निराशाजनक है। सड़कों पर टू-व्हीलर और फोर-व्हीलर पार्किंग के कारण पैदल चलने का रास्ता पूरी तरह अवरुद्ध हो गया है। वाहनों के पीछे स्थानीय लोग कचरा फेंक रहे हैं, जिससे सफाई व्यवस्था न्यूनतम स्तर पर पहुंच गई है। अदालत ने कहा कि यह सब शिमला नगर निगम की लापरवाही और अधिकारों के प्रभावी इस्तेमाल की कमी को दर्शाता है। इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई 10 अक्टूबर को होगी।

पद्मश्री हंस ने बाढ़ पीड़ितों को दी नगद राशन मदद, जालंधर के दौरे में

Noida, Uttar Pradesh: पंजाबी गायक पदमश्री हंसराज हंस ने बाढ़ पीड़ित इलाकों का किया दौरा लोगों को नगद राशि व राशन किया वितरित एंकर पंजाब के राज गायक व पूर्व सांसद पद्मश्री हंसराज हंस ने जालंधर के बाढ़ ग्रस्त गांवो का दौरा किया। अपने दौरे के दौरान उन्होंने बाढ़ पीड़ितों को नगद राशि और जरूरतमंद लोगों को राशन वितरित किया । पंजाब के जिला जालंधर के कस्बा शाहकोट की तहसील के दो गांव में हंसराज हंस के दौरा किया। अपने दौरे के दौरान उन्होंने बाढ़ पीड़ित इलाकों का निरीक्षण किया लोगों से उनकी मुश्किलें सुनी। इस दौरान हंसराज हंस ने कुछ किसानों और एक महिला को नगद राशि दी। इसके अलावा ढाई सौ के करीब परिवारों को राशन वितरित किया। जब हंसराज हंस से उनके दौरे में बारे में बात की गई तो उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले कई दिनों से वह सेवा कर रहे हैं लेकिन सामने नहीं आ रहे थे । कुछ दोस्त मित्रों ने कहा कि सामने भी आना चाहिए इसलिए आज बाढ़ पीड़ित इलाकों का दौरा किया है । उनका यह दौरा किसी राजनीतिक के तौर पर नहीं बल्कि वह डेरा बापू अलमस्त लाल बादशाह के सेवक के तौर पर कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आगे भी जब भी बाढ़ पीड़ितों को किसी भी चीज की जरूरत होगी तो वह उनकी जरूरत को पूरे पूरा करेंगे । बाइट : हंसराज हंस

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਨੋਟ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਾਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ- ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਧਾਮੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਏ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਖੰਡਨ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, 12 ਸਤੰਬਰ- ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪੇਗੰਡਾ ਦਾ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਝੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਨ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਬਿਆਨਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਲਝੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਜਾਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਧਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਇਕ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਕਾਰਜਸ਼ੀਲ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਮਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਦਭਾਗੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਕੋਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਕੱਲ ਅੰਤ੍ਰਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 10 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ 77 ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਾਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੰਗਰ, ਜਰੂਰੀ ਰਸਦਾਂ, ਲੋੜੀਦਾ ਸਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਡੀਜਲ ਆਦਿ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੈ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਧਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਬੇਬੁਨਿਆਦ ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਹੀਣ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਸਭ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਡੀਜ਼ਲ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬੇਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸੁਲਤਾਨਪੁਰ ਲੋਧੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਬਕਾਇਦਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੰਗ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਡੀਜ਼ਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਅਤੇ ਵੰਡਣ ਲਈ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਾਰਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਧਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ. ਜਸਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੁੜੈਣ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੰਘੇ ਕਲ੍ਹ ਅੰਤ੍ਰਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਏ ਜਿਸ 53 ਨੰਬਰ ਮਤੇ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਤਤਕਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਧੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਖਰਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਅੰਤ੍ਰਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਗੋਂ ਇਹ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਪਾਸ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰੱਖੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਿੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਲੰਘੇ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਵੀ ਜਨਤਕ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਵੇਖ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਤ੍ਰਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੈਰ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰਾਨਾ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਵਾਲ ਕਰਨੇ ਹੈਰਾਨੀਜਨਕ ਹਨ। ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਿਰਸਵਾਰਥ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਸੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਠੀਕ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰੰਤੂ ਜਦੋਂ ਹੁਣ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਧੜੇ ਵਿਚ ਜਾ ਰਲੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਗਲਤ ਲੱਗਣ ਲਗ ਪਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਿਹੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਦੋਹਰੇ ਮਾਪਦੰਡ ਹਨ? ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਬੁਝ ਕੇ ਸੱਟ ਨਾ ਮਾਰਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੁੱਖਦ ਸਮੇਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੜਨਾ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਇਸ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਢਿੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਰਤੇਗੀ। ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਤਾ: ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੋਦੇਬੇਟ ਪਬਲੀਸਿਟੀ ਸਹਾਇਕ, ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ। ਸੰਪਰਕ: 81461-01114

सुखविंदर सरकार पर विरोधी विधायक का तंज, आपदा राहत में गफलत का आरोप

Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh:एंकर -पूर्व मंत्री एवं वर्तमान धर्मशाला के भाजपा विधायक सुधीर शर्मा ने शुक्रवार को पत्रकार वार्ता में प्रदेश सरकार पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए। उन्होंने कहा कि आपदा प्रभावितों को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू की सरकार पूरी तरह असंवेदनशील और कुप्रबंध साबित हो रही है। सुधीर शर्मा ने बताया कि केंद्र की नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार हिमाचल को लगातार सहयोग दे रही है। वर्ष 2023 से अब तक 5,300 करोड़ रुपये की सहायता प्रदेश को मिल चुकी है। मौजूदा आपदा में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने तुरंत 1,500 करोड़ रुपये का अतिरिक्त राहत पैकेज भी दिया। इसके बावजूद यह राहत सही ढंग से पीड़ितों तक नहीं पहुंच पा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत हिमाचल को एक लाख मकान आवंटित हुए हैं। पंचायतों द्वारा भेजे सभी प्रस्तावों को केंद्र सरकार ने मंजूरी दी है और पहली किस्त भी लाभार्थियों को मिल चुकी है। ऐसे में मुख्यमंत्री का यह कहना कि मदद कम मिली है, जनता को गुमराह करने वाली और गैरजिम्मेदाराना बयानबाजी है। भाजपा विधायक ने कहा कि यह पहली बार हुआ है जब किसी प्रधानमंत्री ने आपदा के तुरंत बाद प्रदेश का दौरा कर हवाई सर्वेक्षण किया और धर्मशाला में सीधे पीड़ितों से मिलकर उनका हौसला बढ़ाया। इसके बावजूद सुक्खू सरकार राहत कार्यों में विफल रही है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि विधानसभा में जब भी मुख्यमंत्री से सवाल पूछे जाते हैं, तो वे गलत आंकड़े पेश कर सदन और जनता को गुमराह करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सत्ता में आने के बाद से प्रदेश में भ्रष्टाचार हावी है। सुधीर शर्मा ने यह भी कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री टांडा मेडिकल कॉलेज में रोबोटिक सर्जरी का उद्घाटन करने पहुंचे, लेकिन बेहतर होता कि पहले कॉलेज में रिक्त पड़े डॉक्टरों की नियुक्ति कर पर्याप्त स्टाफ उपलब्ध करवाते। उन्होंने तंज कसते हुए कहा कि अगर आज प्रदेश में चुनाव हो जाएं तो सुक्खू सरकार का तख्तापलट तय है। बाइट - सुधीर शर्मा , विधायक , धर्मशाला
