ਰਾਜਸਭा ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਜੋ ਨੋਮੀਨੇਸ਼ਨ ਫਾਈਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਐਕਸਕਲੂਸਿਵ ਕਾਪੀ ਕੇਵਲ zee पंजाब ਤੇ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਐਮਐਲਏ ਦਾ ਦਸਤਖਤ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਦਾਵਾ Statement of Navneet Chaturvedi Contestant Rajyasabha on the alleged FIR filing by Punjab MLAs on me over the captioned subject of forgery and fake signatures are as under — 1. The jurisdiction of the entire matter falls under the Punjab assembly. But Punjab govt tried to abuse the power for the reason best known to them 2. In an election process the Returning officers deemed as an employee of election commission not to the state govt , the document provided to the returning officer was kept with him as a custodian of ECI but the office of RO leaked these documents to the ruling Aam Aadmi party. 3. It is true and I am firm stand on my point that around 68 MLAs are not with the AAP govt they will vote for me if the opportunity of voting being given to them. 4. the allegation is completely false and bogus that any fake signed was made. These signatures was done by the respective MLAs only. 5. The list of proposers submitted on 6th October was blank ,there were no signatures so the allegation of fake signed is baseless. Only name was mentioned. And mentioning name is not a crime. 6. in a desperate attempt to save the government and to win the rajyasabha elections as well to avoid the chance of voting for rajyasabha , these MLAs are forced by the aap party Punjab govt to register complaints against me in several places. Without jurisdiction. 7. I am not afraid at all , as usual I will arrive in Punjab assembly at 11am on 14th October to attend the scrutiny process. 8. I am going to make a complaint in ECI against the unethical conduct of office of RO, 9. the aggrieved person if any can raise their concern at the time of scrutiny only. , they don’t have jurisdiction to file FIR in their local police station. And if their complaint is genuine then ECI is the authority who have the right to take any legal action if there is some reason to believe. 10 fact is aap govt is afraid they know they don’t have the numbers so their intention was to threaten me via these false FIRs . This is all I have to say May be I will address a detailed press conference tomorrow I will update about it.
