Lalpur, Uttar Pradesh:निघासन तहसील क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत खैरटिया ग्राम पंचायत में सिंचाई विभाग की करीब 445 एकड़ जमीन है. सिंचाई विभाग की 200 एकड़ की जमीन पर भूमाफियाओं ने अवैध कब्जा कर लिया है.मीणों ने वीडियो बनाकर वायरल कर दिया है। मामले में खैरटिया ग्राम पंचायत की क्षेत्रीय लेखपाल कोमल ने बताया है कि मामले की रिपोर्ट उच्च अधिकारियों को प्रस्तुत की गई है। एसडीएम राजीव निगम ने मामले की रिपोर्ट सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों और डीएम को भेज दी है और जांच कर कार्रवाई करने की बात कही है।

The film departs from conventional narrative structures, relying on imagery, silence, movement, atmosphere and symbolism to convey its themes. According to its creators, the project seeks to explore how cinema can represent the subconscious and examine the relationship between the visible and invisible aspects of human experience. Kashmir's philosophical and mystical traditions inform the film's approach, with the region serving as more than a geographical setting for its exploration of existence and inner awareness. Yaqza is Emran's fourth feature film and his third in the Kashmiri language. His earlier works include Ibtida: The Beginning, Qouluf: The Ensorcelled and Baand, which explore themes ranging from art and existence to Kashmir's spiritual traditions and folk theatre. The film has been produced by Yaqut Mushtaq, who has been associated with independent cinema, theatre and cultural initiatives in Kashmir. She has served as chairperson of the Experimental Moving Images and Theatre Association (XMITA) and as festival director of the International Film Festival of Kashmir (IFFK), which she helped initiate in 2006. The filmmakers have described Yaqza as an attempt to expand the scope of Kashmiri cinema through experimental storytelling and a focus on philosophical themes. The production team reported an encouraging response from audiences on the opening day. Viewers cited in the release praised the film's unconventional treatment, visual presentation and exploration of consciousness. Srinagar, Uttarakhand:Ruhullah accuses BJP of creating a hostile environment for the people of Jammu and Kashmir, alleging that Kashmiris were facing harassment and suspicion both within the J&K and in other parts of the country. Talking to reporters in Srinagar, Ruhullah said the situation had not normalised since 2019 and alleged that the relationship between J&K and the Union government had instead become hostile. “Instead of normalising Kashmir, it has been polarised,” he said. Ruhullah said that the BJP was responsible for the hostility faced by the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He said Kashmiris were being treated as suspects in their own homeland, citing the verification, restrictions on movement along highways and the continued detention of prisoners without trials. expressed concern over incidents of alleged harassment of Kashmiris outside J&K. Referring to a recent incident in Karnal, Haryana, he alleged that Kashmiris were increasingly being viewed with suspicion in other states as well. On protests demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, Ruhullah said the demonstrations were genuine and reflected an attempt by students, activists and concerned citizens to reclaim democratic space. Democracy has been suppressed over the past 10 to 12 years. But the public protests were the beginning to exercise the right to expression, he said. He however cautioned that it was too early to say it had been fully restored. Drawing a comparison with Kashmir, Ruhullah referred to the shutdown in Delhi, the detention of activists and internet restrictions during the recent protests. He said people in Kashmir have experienced similar measures on a much larger scale. Srinagar MP also called for criminal proceedings against the Chief Election Commissioner if allegations of compromise were established, and demanded a review of elections conducted under his tenure. "The protests represented an effort to challenge authoritarianism and seek accountability. Safeguarding the Constitution and democracy requires sustained public engagement," Ruhullah said. Reacting to National Conference President Farooq Abdullah's remarks on abrogation of Article 370, he said the decision was wrong and doing commentary on it was not sufficient. “The decision of August 5 is wrong. Everyone knows this. But to reverse it, to stand against it institutionally, democratically and peacefully, what is the government doing? What is the party doing?” Ruhullah said. He criticised the performance of the J&K government, saying people were disappointed with both its political agenda and governance after two years in office. He cited concerns relating to electricity, employment, reservation, students, interns, prisoners, and the protection of jobs, questioning what tangible achievements the government could point to in addressing public grievances. Ruhullah said the people of J&K also seek clarity on constitutional guarantees and the restoration of statehood, adding that the government's response to these issues only contributed to public disappointment.0

गोंडा: दुर्गा प्रतिमा विसर्जन के दौरान डूबे 3 युवक, SDRF ने शव बरामद
Gonda, Uttar Pradesh:एंकर- खबर गोंडा से है। जहां गोंडा जिले में तरबगंज थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत घोघरा नाल स्थित लक्ष्मणपुर घाट पर कल मंगलवार देर शाम दुर्गा प्रतिमा विसर्जन के दौरान डूबे 18 वर्षीय अभिषेक तिवारी और 20 वर्षीय रामविलास प्रजापति का 16 घंटे बाद कड़ी मशक्कत करके एसडीआरएफ की दो टीमों द्वारा आज बुधवार सुबह शव बरामद कर लिया गया है। कल मंगलवार देर शाम 18 वर्षीय सुमित प्रजापति का भी शव बरामद किया गया था अब तक इस पूरे हादसे में तीन लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है जबकि तीन लोगों को सुरक्षित बचाया जा सका है। तीनों मृतकों के शव को कब्जे में लेकर पंचायत नामा कराकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए तरबगंज थाने की पुलिस द्वारा भेज दिया गया है। बीते 16 घंटे से स्थानीय लेखपाल,तरबगंज तहसीलदार,एसडीएम तरबगंज और पुलिस की मौजूदगी में एसडीआरएफ की टीम और स्थानीय गोताखोरों द्वारा तलाशी अभियान चलाया जा रहा था रात में भी तलाशी अभियान नहीं रुक इसके बाद अब शव बरामद किया गया है। बताया जा रहा है कि भैरमपुर गांव के रहने वाले कुछ लोगों द्वारा बिना पुलिस अनुमति के दुर्गा प्रतिमा रखी गई थी और जिसे विसर्जित करने के लिए कल घोघरा नाल लक्ष्मणपुर घाट लेकर के गए हुए थे। नाले के बीच में गहराई अधिक होने के कारण रघुवर प्रजापति, प्रदीप कुमार, चंद्र प्रकाश, सुमित प्रजापति, अभिषेक तिवारी,रामविलास प्रजापति यह लोग डूब गए थे। जिसमें से तत्काल रघुवर प्रजापति, प्रदीप कुमार और चंद्रप्रकाश तीनों को बचा लिया गया था जबकि सुमित अभिषेक और रामविलास यह तीनों गहरे पानी में डूबे हुए थे。0

हापुड़ दशहरा मेले में पुलिस की बर्बरता, युवक को बेरहमी से पीटा गया
Hapur, Uttar Pradesh:जनता की सुरक्षा और व्यवस्था बनाए रखने का दावा करने वाली पुलिस का एक ऐसा अमानवीय चेहरा सामने आया है जिसने कानून के रखवालों पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं. उत्तर प्रदेश के हापुड़ जिले में दशहरा मेले के दौरान सुरक्षा में तैनात पुलिसकर्मियों ने मामूली सी बात पर एक युवक को घेरकर बेरहमी से पीट डाला. कानून का पाठ पढ़ाने वाली पुलिस खुद कानून को ताक पर रखकर एक बेबस युवक पर टूट पड़ी. युवक बार-बार अपना कसूर पूछता रहा, गुहार लगाता रहा, लेकिन वर्दीधारियों ने न सिर्फ उसके बाल खींचे बल्कि उसे जीप के दरवाजे से दबाकर पीटने का प्रयास भी किया. इस पूरी घटना का वीडियो कैमरे में कैद हो गया, जो अब सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है. बताया जा रहा है कि घटना देर रात 20 अक्टूबर की है, जब हापुड़ की दिल्ली रोड स्थित रामलीला मैदान में दशहरा मेले के दौरान शांति व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए भारी पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया था. जानकारी के अनुसार प्रीत विहार निवासी लविश पुत्र प्रवीण मेले के पास से अपनी बाइक निकालने की कोशिश कर रहा था. इसी बात को लेकर वहां तैनात पुलिसकर्मियों से कहासुनी हो गई. युवक की गलती चाहे जो भी रही हो, लेकिन पुलिसकर्मियों का रवैया किसी भी सूरत में जायज नहीं ठहराया जा सकता. गुस्साए आधा दर्जन से अधिक पुलिसकर्मियों ने युवक को चारों तरफ से घेर लिया और जबरन खींचते हुए कोतवाल की गाड़ी तक ले गए. वायरल वीडियो में साफ देखा जा सकता है कि पुलिसकर्मी युवक को गाड़ी के पीछे हिस्से में जबरन ठूंस रहे हैं. युवक जब अपना कसूर पूछते हुए बाहर आने की कोशिश करता है, तो पुलिसकर्मी उस पर लात-घूंसों और थप्पड़ों की बरसात कर देते हैं. यही नहीं, युवक के बाल पकड़कर खींचे गए और गाड़ी के दरवाजे से दबाकर उसे चोट पहुंचाने की कोशिश की गई. मौके पर सैकड़ों की भीड़ तमाशबीन बनी रही और खाकी सरेआम कानून की धज्जियां उड़ाती रही. मामले में पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी नगर दीपक चतुर्वेदी ने बताया कि युवक नशे की हालत में बेहद खतरनाक तरीके से बिना नंबर प्लेट की स्प्लेंडर बाइक चला रहा था. रोकने पर उसने पुलिस से अभद्रता की. पुलिस ने उसकी बाइक को धारा 207 मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के तहत सीज कर दिया है और अग्रिम विधिक कार्रवाई की जा रही है. पुलिस की दलील अपनी जगह है, लेकिन सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह उठता है कि क्या किसी नियम के उल्लंघन या अभद्रता की सजा सरेआम इस तरह की मारपीट है? यदि युवक ने शराब पी रखी थी या बाइक पर नंबर प्लेट नहीं थी, तो कानून में उसके लिए चालान और हिरासत की स्पष्ट प्रक्रिया दर्ज है. मगर जिस तरह आधा दर्जन पुलिसकर्मियों ने भीड़ के बीच एक युवक को लात-घूंसों से पीटा और गाड़ी के दरवाजे से दबाकर उसे चोट पहुंचाने की कोशिश की, उसने पुलिस की कार्यशैली और खाकी के आचरण पर बड़ा बट्टा लगा दिया है. अब देखना यह होगा कि खाकी के इस बेलगाम और बर्बर चेहरे पर उच्चाधिकारी क्या संज्ञान लेते हैं या फिर हर बार की तरह मामले को दबा दिया जाएगा. बाइट - दीपक चतुर्वेदी, डीएसपी हापुड़0

11 वर्षीय बालक ने दशहरा मेला नहीं जाने पर फंदा लगाया, हालत गंभीर
Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh:दशहरा मेला जाने से रोका तो 11 वर्षीय बच्चे ने लगाया फंदा, हालत गंभीर *पिता ने भीड़ अधिक होने के चलते मेले में जाने से किया था मना, लोहिया अस्पताल में चल रहा इलाज* जिला – फर्रुखाबाद रिपोर्ट – अमर साइमन तारीख – 21-10-2026 एंकर -फर्रुखाबाद में दशहरा मेला जाने से मना करने पर एक 11 वर्षीय बच्चे द्वारा फंदा लगाने का मामला सामने आया है। बच्चे की जिद को देखते हुए पिता ने उसे मेले में जाने से रोक दिया था। इसके कुछ देर बाद बच्चे ने घर में फंदा लगा लिया। परिजन उसे गंभीर हालत में अस्पताल लेकर पहुंचे, जहां उसका उपचार जारी है। बच्चा कक्षा चार का छात्र है。 वीओ-मामला कायमगंज कस्बे के मोहल्ला नियमगंज का है। यहां रहने वाले अर्जुन मेहनत-मजदूरी कर परिवार का पालन-पोषण करते हैं। मंगलवार शाम उनका 11 वर्षीय बेटा दशहरा मेला जाने की जिद कर रहा था। मेला मंडी समिति में आयोजित था। भीड़ अधिक होने के चलते पिता ने उसे जाने से मना कर दिया। बताया गया कि कुछ देर बाद अर्जुन किसी काम से घर से बाहर चले गए। इसी दौरान उनकी पत्नी खाना बनाने में व्यस्त थीं। मौका पाकर बच्चे ने कमरे में पंखे से दुपट्टे के सहारे फंदा लगा लिया। घर लौटने पर अर्जुन को घटना की जानकारी हुई। उन्होंने तत्काल बच्चे को फंदे से उतारा और सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र कायमगंज लेकर पहुंचे। वहां प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद बच्चे को लोहिया अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया गया। मंगलवार रात करीब साढ़े दस बजे बच्चे को लोहिया अस्पताल की इमरजेंसी में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां डॉ. अभिषेक चतुर्वेदी ने उसका उपचार किया। चिकित्सकीय उपचार के बाद बच्चे की हालत में सुधार बताया गया है, हालांकि उसका इलाज जारी है। फिलहाल बच्चे का अस्पताल में उपचार चल रहा है。 बाइट - अर्जुन, बच्चे का पिता, फर्रुखाबाद0

Agar, Madhya Pradesh:ऐंकर – राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के स्थापना दिवस और विजयादशमी के अवसर पर आगर-मालवा में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ का पथ संचलन निकाला गया। पथ संचलन में सैकड़ों की संख्या में स्वयंसेवकों ने उत्साह और अनुशासन के साथ भाग लिया। पूर्ण गणवेश में कदम से कदम मिलाकर चलते स्वयंसेवकों ने सेवा, समर्पण, राष्ट्रभक्ति और सामाजिक एकता का संदेश दिया। शहर के विभिन्न मार्गों से जब स्वयंसेवकों का यह पथ संचलन गुजरा, तो जगह-जगह नागरिकों ने पुष्प वर्षा कर उनका स्वागत किया। पूरे मार्ग पर उत्साह और उल्लास का माहौल नजर आया। राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ की स्थापना के उद्देश्य, राष्ट्र के प्रति समर्पण और समाज सेवा के संकल्प को दोहराते हुए स्वयंसेवकों ने राष्ट्र प्रेम, सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों के संरक्षण और धर्म रक्षा का संदेश दिया। विजयादशमी के पर्व पर निकले इस पथ संचलन में अनुशासन, एकजुटता और राष्ट्र के प्रति समर्पण का भाव विशेष रूप से देखने को मिला।0

अनिल विज: दशहरे में रावण जैसी बुराई पर जीत, निजीकरण पर विरोध
Ambala, Haryana:हरियाणा के ऊर्जा, परिवहन एवं श्रम मंत्री अनिल विज ने दशहरे पर दिल्ली में सीजेपी का पुतला जलाने के मामले में प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि दशहरे का दिन विजयदशमी का दिन होता है, इस दिन सच्चाई की बुराई पर जीत होती है और रावण को एक बुराई का प्रतीक मानते हुए उसका पुतला जलाया जाता है। उसी प्रकार से नई पार्टियां आ गई है, लोग इनको बुराई मान रहे होंगे, इसीलिए उसका पुतला जला रहे हैं। हरियाणा में गुरुग्राम व नूंह में निजी कंपनी को बिजली वितरण का सामानांतर लाइसेंस के सवाल पर ऊर्जा मंत्री अनिल विज ने कहा कि स्वायत्त बॉडी का यह फैसला आया है, उसकी हम अपील करेंगे। हमने वहां भी मजबूती के साथ निजीकरण का विरोध किया था, पर उसका फैसला आया है तो APTEEL (विद्युत अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण) में अपील करने के लिए विभाग को तैयारी करने के लिए कह दिया गया है। पंजाब में बढ़ते नशे के सवाल पर ऊर्जा मंत्री अनिल विज ने कहा कि पंजाब में इस समय आम आदमी पार्टी की जो मान सरकार है वो इसके लिए दोषी है और जनता इस चुनाव में मान के सारे अरमानों को मिट्टी में मिला देगी। वहीं, कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी द्वारा गोवा में भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों पर ऊर्जा मंत्री अनिल विज ने तंज कसते हुए कहा कि राहुल गांधी जी के जितने भी आंकलन है, यह हर चुनाव से पहले हर प्रदेश के बारे में इसी प्रकार की भाषा बोलते आए हैं और हिंदुस्तान की जनता को इनका bखूबी से जवाब देना आता है और देते आ रही है।0

Badgam, Houseboat Owners Association Seeks Relief from 25% Power Tariff Hike, Demands Smart Meters in Dal Lake The Houseboat Owners Association on Tuesday held a press conference at the TRC office in Srinagar, where its Chairman, Manzoor Pakthoon, urged the Jammu and Kashmir administration and the Power Development Department (PDD) to provide relief to houseboat owners from the recent 25 per cent hike in electricity tariffs and expedite the installation of smart meters in houseboats across Dal Lake. Manzoor Pakthoon said the ongoing tourist season had not been as encouraging as the previous two to three years, leaving houseboat owners struggling to manage their operational expenses amid rising electricity bills. He said individual houseboat units were receiving electricity bills ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, which many owners could no longer afford, particularly when tourist footfall and business activity remained low. The association chairman said houseboat owners had approached the government nearly five years ago, requesting the installation of smart meters in their commercial units so that they could pay according to their actual electricity consumption. He expressed concern that, despite repeated requests, including a representation to the Chief Minister, the demand had not yet been implemented. Pakthoon said houseboat owners were being charged fixed commercial tariffs irrespective of their actual electricity consumption or the number of tourists staying in their units. He pointed out that even a houseboat with three rooms and minimal electricity usage could receive a bill of ₹10,000 or more. He urged the government to suspend the impact of the recent tariff hike until smart meters were installed, arguing that the existing billing system was placing an additional financial burden on an industry heavily dependent on tourism. The chairman also said the association had raised the issue with the Managing Director of the PDD and had received assurances that a company had been assigned the work related to smart meter installation. However, he said the association was still waiting to see tangible progress on the ground. Pakthoon questioned the delay in installing meters in Dal Lake, stating that houseboat owners had supported the installation of smart meters even when residents in other areas were opposing the move. He appealed to the administration to expedite the process, introduce consumption-based billing and provide immediate relief to houseboat owners until the smart metering system became operational. The association said rising electricity costs, coupled with an uncertain tourism season, were putting additional pressure on Kashmir's traditional houseboat industry and called for urgent government intervention to protect the livelihoods of those dependent on it.0
