Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh:बरेली जिले में एक पाकिस्तानी महिला ने फर्जी फर्जी दस्तावेजों के जरिए सहायक अध्यापक की नौकरी पा ली। जांच में पता चला कि उसने जो प्रमाण पत्र जमा किया है, वो फर्जी हैं। आरोप है कि सहायक अध्यापक पाकिस्तान की नागरिक है। ऐसी खबर आने के बाद हड़कंप मच गया।

डीजे की तेज आवाज से नवजात की मौत, सिद्धार्थनगर में जांच तेज
Naugarh, Uttar Pradesh:ब्रेकिंग सिद्धार्थनगर बढ़नी में डीजे के तेज शोर के बीच दो दिन के नवजात की मौत। ढेबरुआ थाना क्षेत्र के बढ़नी नगरपंचायत के वार्ड नंबर 9 स्थित रामलीला मैदान की घटना। बीती रात दुर्गा प्रतिमा विसर्जन के दौरान डीजे की तेज आवाज और कंपन के बीच नवजात की तबीयत बिगड़ने के बाद उसकी मौत का परिजनों ने लगाया आरोप। 18 अक्टूबर को पीएचसी बढ़नी में हुआ था बच्चे का जन्म। 19 को जच्चा बच्चा सकुशल आ गए थे घर वापस। बच्चे के पिता जावेद का दावा—रात करीब 11:30 बजे घर के सामने से गुजर रहे दुर्गा प्रतिमा विसर्जन के जुलूस के दौरान आपसी कंपटीशन में बहुत ही तेज आवाज में बजाए जा रहे थे डीजे। डीजे की तेज आवाज और कंपन से गिर गया उनके घर के बाहर का छज्जा। तेज आवाज से लगातार रो रहा था बच्चा। फिर थम गईं उसकी सांसें। नवजात की मौत से परिवार में मचा कोहराम, परिजनों का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल। घटना की सूचना पर रात करीब 2:15 बजे शोहरतगढ़ के सीओ मयंक द्विवेदी पुलिस बल के साथ पहुंचे। परिजनों ने ढेबरुआ थाना पर तहरीर देकर की कार्रवाई की मांग। पीड़ित परिवार से मुलाकात कर सीओ ने कार्रवाई का दिया आश्वासन ۔ पाबंदी के बावजूद तेज आवाज पर अंकुश नहीं लगने पर स्थानीय लोगों ने उठाया सवाल। पोषमार्टम के बाद नवजात की मौत के वास्तविक कारण का चलेगा पता। पुलिस को पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट का इंतजार।0

Verinag में 10 कनाल सरकारी जमीन कब्जा हटाकर Eco Park के लिए कार्रवाई
Verinag, Verinag: In a major anti-encroachment operation, the administration on Wednesday retrieved around 10 kanals of state land at Bonagund, Verinag, which had been identified for the development of an Eco Park. The drive was conducted following clear-cut directions issued by higher authorities to retrieve the land after some individuals claimed that it belonged to them as milkiyati (privately owned) land. Speaking to the media, Executive Magistrate Verinag Mushtaq Ahmad said the land had already been identified for the proposed Eco Park and handed over to the concerned department. However, objections were raised by some individuals claiming ownership, following which proper demarcation was carried out to establish the status of the land. The anti-encroachment drive commenced early Wednesday morning at around 7:00 AM, resulting in the retrieval of approximately 10 kanals of state land. The official stated that the documents presented by the individuals concerned did not pertain to the land in question and that the land was recorded as state land under the relevant survey number. The joint operation was carried out by Anantnag Police, led by SHO Dooru Javaid Ahmad, along with Executive Magistrate Verinag Mushtaq Ahmad, Municipal Committee Dooru-Verinag, R&B Division Dooru, Fire and Emergency Services Dooru, and the Health Department. The Executive Magistrate said the administration would continue taking action against encroachments on government land and public spaces wherever identified. He also urged people to voluntarily remove illegal encroachments from state land, roads and footpaths, emphasising that public cooperation was essential to safeguarding government property and maintaining public infrastructure. The retrieval of the land is being seen as an important step towards protecting government property and facilitating the proposed Eco Park project in Bonagund, Verinag. The administration has reiterated its commitment to enforcing the directions of higher authorities and taking necessary action against encroachments in the area.0

ललितपुर में नकली खोया और मिठाइयों का भारी जाल; 3 गिरफ्तार
Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh:उत्तर प्रदेश के ललितपुर जिले में मुखबिर की सूचना पर पुलिस टीम ने एक स्लीपर बस से भारी मात्रा में नकली खोया, नकली खोये से बनाई गई भारी मात्रा में मिठाइयाँ, हींग सहित भारी मात्रा में पटाखे आदि बरामद करने में सफलता पाई है. वहीं इस कार्रवाई से खाद्य माफियाओं में हड़कंप मच गया. त्योहारों को देखते हुए नकली खोया और रिफाइंड ऑयल आदि के उपयोग से बनाई गई मिठाइयों को बाजार में खपाने की तैयारी की गई थी लेकिन मुखबिर की सूचना पर तालबेहट कोतवाली क्षेत्र अन्तर्गत तेरई फाटक चौकी पुलिस टीम ने निजी स्लीपर बस में छापेमारी कर यह विषाक्त नकली खोया, मिठाइयाँ आदि को बरामद किया गया. साथ ही मौके से 3 आरोपियों भी गिरफ्तार किए गए, और बस को भी सीज कर दिया गया. बरामद खाद्य समाग्री में 6 कुंतल खोया, 50 किलो नकली हींग, 10 कुंतल बर्फी, 10 कुंतल मिल्क केक आदि बरामद किया गया जिसकी कीमत करीब 14 लाख बताई गई. वहीं भारी मात्रा में नकली खोया और नकली खोये से बनी मिठाइयों की बरामदगी की सूचना पर खाद्य विभाग की टीम ने मौके पर पहुंचकर सभी मिठाइयों आदि का सैंपल लिया गया और खाद्य विभाग टीम की मौजूदगी में पुलिस द्वारा जेसीबी की मदद से मिठाइयों आदि को नष्ट करवाया गया. यह सारा नकली खोखे से बनी मिठाइयाँ आदि झांसी से मध्य प्रदेश के सागर जिले में जा रही थी, जहां त्योहारों पर इसको लोगों तक पहुंचाया जाना था. फिलहाल इस कार्रवाई से यह बात सामने आई कि त्योहार आते ही खाद्य माफिया किस तरह से लोगों की जिंदगियों से खिलवाड़ करने में जुट जाते हैं?0

कोटा रोड पर घी से भरा पीपा गिरा, फिसलन से कई चालक घायल—हादसा टला
Baran, Rajasthan:रोड पर घी से भरे पीपे गिरे, सड़क पर फैला घी - फिसलन से कई वाहन चालक घायल बारां। शहर के कोटा रोड पर हीरो शोरूम के सामने मंगलवार शाम को एक बड़ा हादसा टल गया। घी के पीपों से भरी एक गाड़ी से अचानक पीपे सड़क पर गिर गए। पीपे फटने से सारा घी सड़क पर फैल गया, जिससे सड़क पर भारी फिसलन हो गई। फिसलन के कारण सड़क से गुजर रहे कई दुपहिया वाहन चालक फिसल कर घायल हो गए। सड़क पर घी फैला देख वहां वाहनों की आवाजाही में भी परेशानी होने लगी और बड़े हादसे की आशंका बन गई। मामले की जानकारी हीरो शोरूम मालिक कवल खत्री ने तुरंत नगर परिषद को दी। सूचना मिलते ही नगर परिषद के एसआई नरसीलाल स्वामी मौके पर पहुंचे। उन्होंने तत्परता दिखाते हुए नगर परिषद कर्मचारियों से सड़क पर मिट्टी और चूना डलवाकर फिसलन को साफ करवाया। नगर परिषद की त्वरित कार्रवाई से सड़क पर यातायात सुचारू हो सका और संभावित बड़े हादसों का खतरा टल गया。0

बरखेड़ी में पारदी बदमाशों ने घर में घुसकर फायरिंग की, तीन घायल
Morena, Madhya Pradesh:बेरखेड़ी में पारदी बदमाशों का आतंक: चोरी की नीयत से घर में घुसे बदमाशों ने की ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग, तीन ग्रामीण घायल; एक गंभीर रैफर गुना। जिले के धरनावदा थाना क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाली झागर चौकी के बेरखेड़ी गांव में एक बार फिर दुस्साहसिक वारदात सामने आई है। मंगलवार-बुधवार की दरमियानी रात करीब ढाई बजे चोरी करने की नीयत से घुसे चार पारदी बदमाशों ने ग्रामीणों के जागने पर अंधाधुंध फायरिंग कर दी। इस गोलीबारी में तीन ग्रामीण गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए हैं, जिन्हें तत्काल जिला अस्पताल लाया गया। एक घायल की गंभीर हालत को देखते हुए उसे बेहतर इलाज के लिए अन्यत्र रैफर किया गया है। इस सनसनीखेज घटना के बाद से पूरे इलाके में दहशत का माहौल है। बच्ची को बनाया बंधक, ग्रामीणों के घिरने पर छोड़ी बंदूक ग्रामीणों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, आधी रात के वक्त बदमाश चोरी की वारदात को अंजाम देने के इरादे से घर में घुसे थे। इस दौरान उन्होंने एक छोटी सी बच्ची को बंधक बना लिया था। इसी बीच जब परिवार के सदस्य और अन्य ग्रामीण मौके पर आ धमके और बदमाशों को घेर लिया, तो खुद को फंसता देख बदमाशों ने 12 बोर की बंदूक से फायरिंग शुरू कर दी। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि अचानक हुई इस गोलीबारी में रंजीत धाकड़, वीरेंद्र धाकड़ और पड़ोसी मोहन मोगिया गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। ग्रामीणों के मुखर होने और बहादुरी से मुकाबला करने पर बदमाश हड़बड़ा गए और अपनी 12 बोर की लोडेड बंदूक तथा कारतूस मौके पर ही छोड़कर अंधेरे का फायदा उठाकर फरार हो गए। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के मुताबिक, बदमाशों का हुलिया और उनकी बातचीत का तरीका पारदी समुदाय जैसा प्रतीत हो रहा है। पंद्रह दिन पहले भी हुई थी वारदात, ग्रामीणों में भारी रोष स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि बेरखेड़ी गांव में महज पंद्रह दिन पहले भी इसी तरह लूट और चोरी की वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया था। लगातार हो रही इन आपराधिक घटनाओं और बदमाशों के इस तरह खुलेआम खूनखराबे से ग्रामीणों में भारी डर और रोष व्याप्त है। ग्रामीणों ने पुलिस प्रशासन से मांग की है कि इलाके में पुलिस गश्त बढ़ाई जाए और इन कुख्यात बदमाशों को जल्द से जल्द गिरफ्तार कर सलाखों के पीछे भेजा जाए। घटना की सूचना मिलने के बाद पुलिस मौके पर पहुंचकर मामले की जांच में जुट गई है。 1 बाइट वीरेंद्र धाकड़ उम्र 31 वर्ष नीले रंग के शर्ट में जिसके घर में घुसे थे 2 बाइट छोटू धाकड़ उम्र 22 वर्ष स्लेटी कलर की शर्ट 3 बाइट महेंद्र सिंह किरार जिला पंचायत सदस्य जिला गुना 4 बाइट रमेश मालवीय घटनास्थल गांव बेरखेड़ी निवासी भाजपा वरिष्ठ नेता बाइट डॉ विशाल राठौर0

According to its creators, the project seeks to explore how cinema can represent the subconscious and examine the relationship between the visible and invisible aspects of human experience. Kashmir's philosophical and mystical traditions inform the film's approach, with the region serving as more than a geographical setting for its exploration of existence and inner awareness. Yaqza is Emran's fourth feature film and his third in the Kashmiri language. His earlier works include Ibtida: The Beginning, Qouluf: The Ensorcelled and Baand, which explore themes ranging from art and existence to Kashmir's spiritual traditions and folk theatre. The film has been produced by Yaqut Mushtaq, who has been associated with independent cinema, theatre and cultural initiatives in Kashmir. On protests demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, Ruhullah said the demonstrations were genuine and reflected an attempt by students, activists and concerned citizens to reclaim democratic space. Democracy has been suppressed over the past 10 to 12 years. But the public protests were the beginning to exercise the right to expression, he said. He however cautioned that it was too early to say it had been fully restored. Drawing a comparison with Kashmir, Ruhullah referred to the shutdown in Delhi, the detention of activists and internet restrictions during the recent protests. He said people in Kashmir have experienced similar measures on a much larger scale. Srinagar MP also called for criminal proceedings against the Chief Election Commissioner if allegations of compromise were established, and demanded a review of elections conducted under his tenure. "The protests represented an effort to challenge authoritarianism and seek accountability. Safeguarding the Constitution and democracy requires sustained public engagement," Ruhullah said. Reacting to National Conference President Farooq Abdullah's remarks on abrogation of Article 370, he said the decision was wrong and doing commentary on it was not sufficient. “The decision of August 5 is wrong. Everyone knows this. But to reverse it, to stand against it institutionally, democratically and peacefully, what is the government doing? What is the party doing?” Ruhullah said. He criticised the performance of the J&K government, saying people were disappointed with both its political agenda and governance after two years in office. He cited concerns relating to electricity, employment, reservation, students, interns, prisoners, and the protection of jobs, questioning what tangible achievements the government could point to in addressing public grievances. Ruhullah said the people of J&K also seek clarity on constitutional guarantees and the restoration of statehood, adding that the government's response to these issues only contributed to public disappointment.0
