Andhra Pradesh: A major accident was averted on the Kovvur Rajahmundry Gammon Bridge when a private travels bus suddenly caught fire during the early hours of Monday. According to reports, the RRR Travels bus, which was traveling from Khammam to Visakhapatnam, went up in flames around 2:30 AM. The driver, noticing the smoke in time, immediately stopped the vehicle and alerted the passengers. Due to his quick response, all 10 passengers onboard escaped safely, avoiding a potentially tragic incident. Fire engulfed the bus within minutes, leaving it completely charred. Firefighters rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the incident. Authorities are probing the cause of the fire.
