Jagmohan Singh Raina, President of LPG Federation Kashmir,and all party Sikh Coordination Committee chairman said the Valley is witnessing unusual rush at petrol pumps and gas agencies, with people queuing up and even storing fuel in cans and bottles due to rumors of a shortage. He noted that domestic consumers are also demanding a third LPG cylinder, despite already possessing two, intensifying pressure on the distribution system. Raina clarified that government supplies of domestic LPG remain regular, urging residents not to indulge in panic purchasing, particularly as Ramadhan is underway and Eid-ul-Fitr approaches.
