Pulwama, Feb 19: As the holy month of Ramzan has commenced, the Municipal Committee Pulwama has geared up to ensure that people do not face any inconvenience during the month. Executive Officer (EO) of Municipal Committee Pulwama, Tawfeez, said that strict instructions have been issued to regularly monitor markets so that residents do not face any difficulties, especially regarding essential commodities and sanitation. He further said that the municipality has intensified its drive for the repair of street lights and cleanliness around mosques to facilitate smooth movement of devotees during Sehri and Iftar hours. The EO assured that the municipal staff is on alert and will continue inspections throughout the holy month to ensure proper civic amenities for the public.
