Ganderbal: Zaid Bin Bilal, a Class 10 student from Thuru, Ganderbal, has successfully completed the memorization of the Holy Qur’an. Zaid said he achieved this milestone in just 1.5 years. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to Almighty Allah for giving him the strength and dedication throughout the journey. He also thanked Mufti Ajaz of Maktaba Taleemi Qur’an Thuru and Mufti Muzamil for their guidance, saying their support played a vital role in helping him complete the Qur’an. To celebrate his achievement, a special function was organized at his school. Teachers, students, attended the event, where Zaid was felicitated for his dedication. A dastar bandi ceremony was also performed, marking the honour traditionally given to those who complete memorizing the Holy Qur’an. The community members and school authorities praised Zaid’s hard work, calling his accomplishment an inspiration for other students.
