Amir Amin Sheikh, Showroom owner near ITI said, "I have been stuck in the jam for the last half an hour due to wrong parking near ITI. There was no one from the traffic department. We ourselves managed traffic and cleared all vehicles." VO:Locals also point to a lack of coordination between the police and civil administration.
