Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated with great religious fervor across Ganderbal district. The main congregation for Eid prayers was held at near SP office Playground Beehama, while several small and large gatherings were also witnessed in different parts of the district. Thousands of devotees assembled to offer Eid prayers, where the Molanas prayed for peace and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir. They also urged people to celebrate the festival in a simple manner and extend support to the needy and underprivileged. A local resident from Ganderbal said, “Eid is a celebration of happiness, and we should observe it simply while praying for lasting peace in Jammu and Kashmir.” The prayers concluded peacefully, with people expressing hope for a prosperous and harmonious future for the region.
