Martyrs’ Day Celebrated with Honour at DPL Budgam Budgam: Martyrs’ Day was observed with great respect and patriotism at District Police Lines (DPL) Budgam today. On this occasion, rich tributes and salutes were paid to the martyrs who laid down their lives in the line of duty. Officers from the police and district administration remembered the supreme sacrifices of the bravehearts and paid heartfelt homage to the martyrs of the nation. As a gesture of care and respect, blankets were distributed among the families of the martyrs to express solidarity and compassion towards them. The event concluded with prayers for the peace of the departed souls and strength for their families.
