Investigating agencies have picked up five suspects before Dr. Shaheen Saeed, a former faculty member at GSVM Medical College in Kanpur, arrives in the city. They are being interrogated at a designated location. Agencies feared the suspects might escape, so they detained all of them. One suspect is said to be a businessman. All of them will be confronted with Dr. Shaheen. According to sources, the investigating agency will take Dr. Shaheen on remand to Lucknow and then Kanpur. Prior to that, five individuals who were spotted have been detained. All of them may be confronted with Dr. Shaheen Saeed. The agencies had already received reports about the five, and their investigations were underway. Sources indicate that all of them were arrested late Monday night. Now, when the NIA and ATS bring Dr. Shaheen, she will be taken to a designated location for questioning.
