प्रतापगढ़ में पुलिस का बड़ा अभियान: एरिया डॉमिनेशन के तहत 59 आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी, भारी मात्रा में अवैध सामग्री जब्त प्रतापगढ़ जिले में अपराधियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस ने व्यापक स्तर पर एरिया डॉमिनेशन और वांछित आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी का विशेष अभियान चलाया। इस अभियान के तहत जिलेभर में एक ही दिन में 59 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया, जिससे अपराध जगत में हड़कम्प मच गया। this campaign was led under the supervision of the Superintendent of Police B. Aditya on 22 February. Under the campaign, teams led by circle and station in-charges carried out raids at suspected locations across the district. A total of 206 police officers and staff formed 42 teams to carry out action across the district. In the campaign, 3 accused were arrested under the NDPS Act, 1 under POCSO and rape cases, 1 in loot, dacoity, burglary and theft cases, and 13 in various other cases. Additionally, 29 people were arrested under non-bailable sections 120 to 170. Under the Excise Act, 10 cases were registered and 5 accused were arrested, with 54 liters of illegal liquor seized. Under the Arms Act, 2 cases were registered and 2 accused were arrested. In other cases, 3 more arrests were made. Specifically in the Devgarh area, a major action led to the seizure of 51 kilograms 320 grams of illegal dodachura, with 2 accused arrested. A Banalo car used in transportation was also seized. Police state that such strict action against criminals will continue to strengthen the law and order in the district.
