Urge Railways minister Ashwini Vaishnaw to consider operating the Bathinda – Banaras Express as a Special Mela train during the birth anniversary celebrations of Guru Ravidas ji from January 30 to February 10 to facilitate devotees to congregate at Varanasi to celebrate the birth anniversary of their revered Guru. I have received a representation in this regard from the Shri Ravidas Sabha, Bathinda which has also requested that since the devotees belong to poorer sections of society they may be given 50 per cent concession in tickets. I would be grateful if this request is also considered sympathetically.
