ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਆਰ.ਐਫ. ਫੰਡ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ 2010-11 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। @sunilkjakhar ਜੀ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੇ 12 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ! 2010 ਤੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ SDRF ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ—ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਡੇਟਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰੋ। ਜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸ ਸਕਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ “ਕਿਸਾਨ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ” ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ, ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 1600 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਰਾਹਤ ਫੰਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ—ਜਦਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਕਰੋੜ ਸੀ—ਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੱਗੇ ਦਬੀ ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਸੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ 1600 ਕਰੋੜ ਤਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਮਕ ਛਿੜਕਣ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਚੁੱਪ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਈ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ। SDRF ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਹੈ, ਕੋਈ “ਦਿਲਾਸਾ ਫੰਡ” ਨਹੀਂ। The SDRF was established in 2010-11. Sunil Jakhar ji, you are claiming that Punjab has received ₹12,000 crore from the Centre under SDRF! Please share year-wise data from 2010 onwards—how much the Centre actually contributed to Punjab’s SDRF each year—so that Punjabis know the truth. If you cannot provide this data, then stop misleading the people of Punjab. You call yourself the “son of a farmer,” but when the Centre released only ₹1,600 crore as relief—while Punjab suffered losses worth thousands of crores—you didn’t even whisper to the Prime Minister that this ₹1,600 crore was like rubbing salt on Punjab’s wounds. The voice of Punjab cannot be silenced. SDRF is Punjab’s right, not a “charity fund.”
