A 32-year-old youth from Baba Nagri Wangath in Kangan has been confirmed among the victims of the tragic car explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort on the evening of November 10.The deceased has been identified as Bilal Ahmad Sangoo, son of Ghulam Hassan Sangoo. Bilal had been working as a cart-puller in Delhi for the past six years to support his family. Bilal’s Cousin brother, said, “The family had lost contact with him nine days ago. “We were trying continuously but his phone remained switched off. Yesterday, we came to know through social media that my brother had died in the Delhi blast. SSP Ganderbal Khalil Poswal, while speaking to the media, He said the family has been guided to contact Kotwali Police Station in Delhi for further procedures. Poswal assured that the district police will extend all possible assistance to the family to facilitate the transportation of the deceased’s body back to Ganderbal. He added that the case is under investigation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for proper identification and completion of legal formalities.
