Chhat Puja Celebration In Darjeeling Hills In Temporary Artificial Pond From More Than 50 Years Due To No River In Hills Some Do In Their House Tarish -GTA Chief Also Attend In GDNS Ground As in entire Country the Chhat Puja is celebrating in River, But In Darjeeling hills it is celebrating in Temporary Artificial Pond Which Man Made and it two places of Darjeeling Town It is celebrating one is in GDNS Ground which had good space to celebrate and freely and it is doing form last 27 years. Where Not only the Bihari Community but also the Nepali Community gather to celebrate the Big Festival Chhat Puja. Like every year this year also the Organizing had invited Anit Thapa along with DARJEELING Municipality Chairman and they also enjoy and pray in First Day Of Chhat Puja. Second in Thakur Bari Mandir (Darjeeling Town) which is one of the oldest Hindu Mandir and there also the Artificial Pond is made for Chhat Puja and the pray is done. Before GDNS this is the Place where the Chhat Puja is done where large number of peoples gather. And it was very small space for which in GDNS Ground the Puja had been started from last 27 years. And now in this both places the Chhat Puja is celebrating in Darjeeling Town. In other sub division of Hills like Kurseong Kalimpong and Mirik also the Artificial Pond is created inside the Mandir and some in their House Tarnish and celebrate Chhat Puja.
