Ref :- SPPS Case No.127 dt. 30.09.25 U/S 75(2)/79 BNS. On 29.09.2025 at about 19:45 hrs when the complainant namely X (30 yrs) D/O Y of Z was walking through the beautified road along the bank of river Hooghly near Outram Ghat, the accused person, Md. Aman (21 yrs) S/O Md Nasim of 24B, Ekbalpore Lane, PS - Ekbalpore, Kolkata–700023, was found sitting on a roadside bench having open the zip of his trouser and rubbing his private part by exposing it out side. On noticing this activities in the public place the complainant raised objection. On response, the accused person became aggressive and put down his trouser and thereby he exposed his lower bearly and continued rubbing his private part intensely with the intention to insulte the modesty of the complainant as well as sexually harass her. Then complainant started started shouting and nearby people rushed to her and caugh hold the said accused person. On received this information, duty officer SI N. K. Kundu along with force rushed to the spot and take charge of the said accused person and brought to PS and detained him. Later the said lady gave a written complaint against the said accused person. Accordingly the above mentioned case was registered into this matter. The said accused person was arrested into this case.
