ED, Chandigarh has attached immovable and movable properties worth Rs 2.85 Crore on 30/9/2025 under PMLA, 2002 in a cyber fraud case related to defrauding of foreign nationals by Vikramjeet Singh and others to the tune of Rs. 11.50 Crore (approx.). ED, Delhi Zonal Office, has successfully restituted assets worth Rs. 1.34 Crore to legitimate claimant i.e. IDBI bank in the Kamal Kalra case. The ED's investigation revealed fraudulent remittances to foreign companies and led to the attachment of assets worth Rs. 69 Crore. The restitution highlights the ED’s commitment to returning Proceeds of Crime to rightful claimants.
