BSF Foils Multiple Smuggling Attempts on Punjab Border In a series of sharp, well-coordinated operations, BSF has once again thwarted multiple cross-border smuggling attempts along the India–Pakistan border in Punjab. Last evening, BSF troops recovered one pistol wrapped in yellow tape from fields near village- Daleri, Amritsar, during an intensive search operation. Acting swiftly on a technical input on the Ferozepur border, troops located and seized one packet of heroin weighing 600 gms near Gatti Rajoke. In another major breakthrough today, BSF personnel, acting on specific intelligence, recovered a DJI Mavic 3 Classic drone, pistol parts, and 10 live rounds from the outskirts of Nesta village, Amritsar. These consecutive recoveries highlight BSF’s sharp vigilance and firm resolve to eliminate cross-border smuggling and safeguard the nation’s security.
