Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Chandigarh declared 'no flying zone' for drones on July 16-17, ahead of VVIP visit. Chandigarh (Punjab) [India], July 9 (ANI): The Chandigarh Administration has declared the entire union territory [India] 'No Flying Zone' for drones and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) on July 16-17 ahead of VVIP visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the region. The release stated that the District Magistrate Nishant Kumar Yadav, IAS, issued orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, citing the increasing threat posed by drones carrying Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and the need to ensure the security of VVIPs and the general public. According to the orders, a VVIP movement is planned for July 17. As a precautionary measure, the flying of drones and UAVs has been completely prohibited across the union territory during the notified periods. The restrictions will remain in force from 00:00 hours on July 16 until the end of July 17. The orders exempt law enforcement and security agencies, including the Police, Para-Military Forces, Indian Air Force, SPG personnel, and any other persons specifically authorised by the competent government authority. The District Magistrate stated that the prohibitory orders have been issued considering the emergent nature of the security situation and have been promulgated ex parte. Any violation of the orders will invite legal action under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, and other applicable provisions of law. The orders will be publicised through notice boards at the District Magistrate's office, District Courts, Chandigarh, and through local newspapers via the Department of Public Relations.0

ज्ञानखण्ड में ट्रांसफॉर्मर के पास करंट लगने से युवक की मौत, लापरवाही पर सवाल
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh:गाजियाबाद के ज्ञानखण्ड 1 में गुरुवार दोपहर 25 साल के शख्स की करंट लगने से दर्दनाक मौत हो गई.. नरेंद्र उर्फ बबलू जो ज्ञानखण्ड की सोआईटी में चौकीदार का काम करता था.. घर का सामान लेने निकला था... जैसे बिजली ट्रांसफॉर्मर के पास पहुंचा.. तो उसे जोरदार करंट लगा और बेसुध होकर पानी में गिर गया.. मृतक के परिजन का कहना है कि ये करंट कई दिनों से आ रहा है.. लेकिन कोई नहीं सुनता.. बिजली विभाग की लापरवाही है जिसकी वजह से ये मौत हुई है...0

लोनी बॉर्डर के इंदिरापुरी नाले में शव मिलने के बाद जांच शुरू
Noida, Uttar Pradesh:आज लोनी बॉर्डर पुलिस स्टेशन के तहत इंदिरापुरी इलाके में नाले में एक शव तैरता हुआ मिलने की सूचना मिली। इस जानकारी पर, सीनियर अधिकारियों के निर्देश पर लोनी बॉर्डर पुलिस स्टेशन की टीम ने मौके का मुआयना किया। जांच-पड़ताल के बाद शव को बाहर निकाला गया और स्थानीय लोगों से उसकी पहचान करने को कहा गया, लेकिन वे उसे पहचान नहीं सके। मौके पर ही पंचनामा की कार्रवाई पूरी की गई और शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए मॉर्चरी भेज दिया गया। शव पर चोट का कोई निशान नहीं मिला, इसलिए मौत की वजह का पता नहीं चल सका। पोस्टमार्टम के बाद जो भी नतीजा सामने आएगा, उसके आधार पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।0
