फाजिल्का थानों में बरामद वाहनों के डिस्पोजल आदेश, आरसी बनवाकर लौटाने की कवायद

Fazilka, Punjab:फाजिल्का के थानों में बरामद किए गए वाहनों के डिस्पोजल को लेकर अब आदेश जारी हुए हैं । जिसको लेकर पुलिस एप के जरिए इन वाहनों की पहचान कर रही है । और मालिकों तक पहुंच कानून प्रक्रिया के तहत यह वाहन उन्हें वापस लौटाए जा रहे हैं । एसएचओ के मुताबिक सिटी थाना में करीब 1000 वाहन पिछले दो वर्षों में बरामद किया गया । जबकि कई वाहनों की रजिस्ट्रेशन न होने के चलते उनकी पहचान नहीं हो रही है । ऐसे में उन्होंने लोगों को अपने वाहनों पर नंबर लगवाने के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाने की अपील की है । जानकारी देते हुए एसएचओ लेखराज ने बताया कि एसएसपी द्वारा थाने में जमा वाहनों के डिस्पोजल को लेकर आदेश जारी किए है । और पुलिस द्वारा एप के जरिए इन वाहनों को ट्रेस किया जा रहा है । जिसमें करीब 30 वाहनों को ट्रेस किया जा चुका है और वाहन मालिकों से संपर्क किया जा चुका है । और जबकि 10 वाहनों को मालिकों को सौंपा भी जा चुका है । जिसके लिए उन्होंने लोगों को वाहनों की आरसी बनवाने की अपील की है । उन्होंने कहा कि आरसी न होने के चलते वाहनों की पहचान नहीं हो पाती । जो थाने में जमा रह जाते है । एसएचओ ने बताया कि उनके थाने में करीब 1000 वाहन जमा है । जो पिछले दो वर्षों में बरामद किया गया है । जिसमें से 25 से 30 फीसद ऐसे वाहन है जिनकी रजिस्ट्रेशन यानी आरसी नहीं बनी हुई है । अब 15 से 20 वाहनों की अदालत में सुपुर्ददारी लगी हुई है । उन्होंने बताया कि ऐसे में लोग उनके पास राजस्थान के श्री गंगानगर, फाजिल्का जिले के जलालाबाद, अबोहर और फिरोजपुर जिले के गुरुहरसहाय से आ रहे है । वही उन्होंने चैतावनी भी दी लोग अपने वाहनों को रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाए नहीं तो कार्यवाही होगी । अगर वाहन पर नंबर नहीं होगा तो पुलिस चलान करने के साथ साथ वाहनों को थाने में बंद कर देगी ।

Ludhiana, Punjab:लुधियाना में पविलियन चौक स्थित मशहूर मनी राम बलवंत राय कॉस्मेटिक शॉप पर सोमवार दोपहर GST विभाग की टीम ने अचानक छापेमारी की। टीम के पहुँचते ही दुकान के अंदर-बाहर जाने पर रोक लगा दी गई। अधिकारियों ने टैक्स चोरी के शक में पूरे प्रतिष्ठान को सील कर दस्तावेजों की गहन जांच शुरू कर दी है। पविलियन चौक के पास मनीराम बलवंत राय पर GST टीम की मौजूदगी की प्रक्रिया कई घंटों तक चलने की संभावना पविलियन चौक के पास स्थित मनीराम बलवंत राय पर शनिवार दोपहर से GST विभाग की टीम मौजूद है, जहाँ अधिकारी अपनी आधिकारिक प्रक्रिया में व्यस्त हैं। दोपहर के समय टीम के पहुंचने के बाद से परिसर के बाहर हलचल बनी हुई है। मौके से निकलकर आए एक व्यक्ति ने बताया कि विभागीय अधिकारी अंदर अपनी नियमित प्रक्रिया पूरी कर रहे हैं और उनकी ओर से कहा गया है कि यह कार्य कई घंटों तक जारी रह सकता है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, टीम की लंबी मौजूदगी को देखते हुए अधिकारियों के लिए भोजन भी मंगवाया गया है, जिससे यह संकेत मिलता है कि विभागीय प्रक्रिया देर शाम तक चल सकती है। हालांकि, विभाग की ओर से इस संबंध में किसी प्रकार की आधिकारिक टिप्पणी जारी नहीं की गई है। स्थानीय कारोबारियों और आसपास के लोगों की नजर पूरे घटनाक्रम पर बनी हुई है, जबकि दुकान का सामान्य संचालन विभागीय प्रक्रिया पूरी होने तक रुका हुआ है। GST विभाग आमतौर पर अपनी नियमित कार्रवाई और जाँच प्रक्रियाएँ बिना सार्वजनिक जानकारी साझा किए पूरी करता है, इसलिए आधिकारिक जानकारी आने तक पूरे मामले के संबंध में स्पष्ट तथ्य सामने नहीं आए हैं।

Ludhiana is a major economic hub where trade worth over ₹70,000 crore takes place, including imports and exports, and many people come from outside. More than 2,500 people want to use flights from there, which has been a longstanding issue that flights should operate from this airport. Ludhiana. Rajinder Gupta, Member of Parliament from Punjab, raised a significant issue during Zero Hour in the Rajya Sabha on Monday, urging the government to expedite the operationalisation of the Shaheed-E-Azam Sardar Kartar Singh Sarabha Airport at Halwara, Ludhiana. He termed the project crucial for Punjab's industrial hub and the Malwa region. Gupta highlighted Ludhiana's economic importance, stating that the city contributes over Rs 72,000 crore to India's industrial output and hosts more than 1.5 lakh MSMEs—among the highest concentrations in the country. "Despite this enormous economic footprint, the region lacks a functional commercial airport, putting it at a disadvantage compared to hubs like Jaipur, Indore, Surat, Rajkot, and Coimbatore," he said. The MP stressed Punjab's urgent need for improved air connectivity, noting that the state is home to nearly 22 to 25 lakh NRIs. He said the new airport could handle over 2,500 passengers daily and operate 10 to 12 flights from day one, connecting Ludhiana to major cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. Gupta added that operationalising Halwara airport would reduce travel time and costs for MSMEs, decongest Delhi and Chandigarh airports, cut fuel expenditure, lower carbon emissions, and create thousands of jobs in aviation, logistics, hospitality, and retail. He called airports economic multipliers, pointing out that districts with airports record GDP growth up to three times faster. Aligning the demand with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, Gupta acknowledged the government's push for regional connectivity under the UDAN scheme and highlighted the civil–military synergy possible at Halwara, one of India's largest Air Force stations.

Kot Kapura, Punjab:एंकर गत दिवस स्थानीय बाबा फरीद पब्लिक स्कूल में मल्टीपरपज हेल्थ वर्कर की नौकरी का टैस्ट देने आए हरियाणा निवासी व्यक्ति को ब्लूटुथ के माध्यम से नकल करते हुए गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त उसकी सहायता करने वाले एक व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार तथा दूसरे को नामजद किया गया है। उल्लेखनीय है कि गत दिवस स्थानीय बाबा फरीद पब्लिक स्कूल में मल्टी परपज हेल्थ वर्कर नौकरी का टैस्ट लिया जा रहा था। जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में युवाओं ने भाग लिया था। इसी दौरानहरियाणा के जिला फतेहाबाद के गांव गाजूवाला निवासी विक्रम पुत्र दलबीर सिंह को ब्लूटुथ डिवाइस के माध्यम से किसी बाहरी व्यक्ति से बात करते हुए पकड़ा गया। जिसके पश्चात स्कूल की वाइस प्रिंसीपल हरसिमरनजीत कौर द्वारा पुलिस को सूचित किया गया। उपरांत पुलिस वहां पहुंची और कार्रवाई शुरू की। इस संबंध में इंस्पेक्टर राजवंत सिंह ने बताया कि उक्त आरेापित विक्रम से पूछताछ के आधार पर जहां स्कूल के बाहर उपस्थित एक अन्य साथी को गिरफ्तार किया गया वहीं उसी के गांव निवासी कुलदीप सिंह पुत्र शमशेर सिंह को इस मामले में नामजद किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपितों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कर अगामी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई है। बाइट - राजवंत सिंह SHO

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:केंद्र सरकार ने देशभर के राजभवनों के नाम बदले, अब कहलाएंगे ''लोकभवन'' नई दिल्ली, 2 दिसंबर। भारत में 1 दिसंबर 2025 की तारीख इतिहास में दर्ज हो गई है, क्योंकि आज के ही दिन देशभर में सभी राज्यों के राजभवन के नामों को बदल दिया गया है। अब विभिन्न राज्यों के राजभवन को लोकभवन के नाम से जाना जाएगा। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय के आदेश पर राजभवन का नाम बदलकर लोकभवन कर दिया गया है। इस क्रम में केंद्र सरकार की तरफ से राजभवनों का नाम बदलना स्पष्ट संदेश है कि सत्ता कोई लाभ उठाने का माध्यम नहीं, बल्कि जिम्मेदारी का नाम है। नाम बदलने के पीछे केवल दिखावा भर नहीं है, बल्कि इसके पीछे एक स्पष्ट संदेश और सोच छिपी हुई है। संदेश यह है कि सरकार का काम जनता की सेवा करना है, ना कि सत्ता का सुख भोगना। दरअसल, केंद्र की मोदी सरकार के 11 साल के कार्यकाल में कई जगहों और मार्गों के नाम बदलने के उदाहरण सामने आए हैं। इससे पहले राजपथ का नाम बदलकर कर्तव्य पथ रख दिया गया। राजपथ राजाओं का रास्ता या शक्ति का संदेश देता था, जबकि बाद में इसको कर्तव्य से जोड़ दिया गया, जिसका मतलब साफ है कि सत्ता कोई अधिकार नहीं, बल्कि एक सेवा का मौका और जिम्मेदारी है। अन्य उदाहरण के तौर पर रेस कोर्स रोड को भी लिया जा सकता है, जिसको 2016 में बदलकर लोक कल्याण मार्ग कर दिया गया। लोक कल्याण जन साधारण को स्पष्ट संदेश देता है कि यह लोक कल्याण का रास्ता है, न कि किसी प्रतिष्ठा का प्रतीक। इसके अलावा केंद्र सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय यानी पीएमओ वाले नए परिसर को सेवा तीर्थ का नाम दिया। सेवा तीर्थ का संदेश है, "सेवा का पवित्र स्थान।" नाम यह बताने के लिए काफी है कि इस जगह को सेवा की भावना के केंद्र के रूप में समर्पित किया गया है।

DoT ने सभी मोबाइल में Sanchar Saathi एप पूर्व-स्थापित करने के निर्देश जारी किए

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:DoT issues directions for pre-installation of Sanchar Saathi App in mobile handsets to verify the genuineness of mobile handsets Pre-installed App must be Visible, Functional, and Enabled for users at first setup Manufacturers must ensure the App is easily accessible during device setup, with no disabling or restriction of its features Compliance Report due in 120 Days In order to safeguard the citizens from buying the non-genuine handsets, enabling easy reporting of suspected misuse of telecom resources and to increase effectiveness of the Sanchar Saathi initiative, the DoT has issued Directions dated 28.11.2025 mandating the manufacturer and importers of mobile handsets that are intended for use in India under the provisions of the Telecom Cyber Security to: Ensure that the Sanchar Saathi mobile application is pre-installed on all mobile handsets manufactured or imported for use in India. Ensure that the pre-installed Sanchar Saathi application is readily visible and accessible to the end users at the time of first use or device setup and that its functionalities are not disabled or restricted. For all such devices that have been already been manufactured and are in sales channels in India, the manufacturer and importers of mobile handsets shall make an endeavour to push the App through software updates. Directions mandates to complete the implementation in 90 days and submit the report in 120 days. Sanchar Saathi Initiative The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) is undertaking Sanchar Saathi initiative for curbing misuse of telecom resources for cyber frauds and ensuring telecom cyber security. DoT has developed Sanchar Saathi portal & App which enables citizens to check genuineness of a mobile handset through the IMEI number along with other facilities like reporting suspected fraud communications, lost/ stolen mobile handsets, check mobile connections in their name, trusted contact details of banks/ financial institutions. The TCS Rules empowers the Central Government to issue directions to manufacturers of telecommunication equipment bearing International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number to provide assistance as required in relation to tampered telecommunication equipment or IMEI number. The Rules also mandates that such manufacturers or importers shall ensure compliance with the directions as may be issued by the Central Government for the purpose of giving effect to the rules. Mobile handsets bearing duplicate or spoofed IMEI poses serious endangerment to telecom cyber security. Spoofed/ Tampered IMEIs in telecom network leads to situation where same IMEI is working in different devices at different places simultaneously and pose challenges in action against such IMEIs. India has big second-hand mobile device market. Cases have also been observed where stolen or blacklisted devices are being re-sold. It makes the purchaser abettor in crime and causes financial loss to them. The blocked/blacklisted IMEIs can be checked using Sanchar Saathi App.

Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab:ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਮਸੀਤ ਵਾਲਾ ਚੌਂਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਰैਫਿਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਕਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਹਰ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਵਹੀਕਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਾਰੀਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਮਹਿੰਗੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਛੋਟੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਹਰ ਵਹੀਕਲ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕ ਕੇ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਚੈਕ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਚਲਾਨ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕੱਟੇ ਗਏ। ਕੁਝ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਲੀਆਂ ਜਾਲੀਆਂ ਲੱਗੀਆਂ ਸਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਥਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹੀ ਉਤਾਰ ਕੇ ਪਾੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਚਲਾਨ ਵੀ ਕੱਟਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕਈ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਚਾਲਕ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਹੈਲਮਟ ਸਨ, ਕੁਝ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ–ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸਵਾਰ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਈਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ ਨੰਬਰ ਪਲੇਟਾਂ ਟੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਜਾਂ ਲੱਗੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਚਲਾਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਨਾਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਤਜਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਨੇ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਖੁਦ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਐਸਐਸਪੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਟਰੈਫਿਕ ਨਿਆਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੰਗ ਕਰਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਬਲਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਲੋਕ ਆਪਸੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਵਹੀਕਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਪੂਰੇ ਰੱਖਣ, ਹੈਲਮਟ ਪਹਿਨਣ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲੀਆਂ ਜਾਲੀਆਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ। ਬਾਈਟ - ਤੇਜਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਡੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ (ਐਚ) ਮੁਕਤਸਰ
